Ok so here I love hercillia and Natalie my favorite breakfast always hot mangers are nice I visit almost daily in the area I would like to revise my my review now these are the two employees that I deal with on a daily basis. The photo that I’m about to upload the manager himself said that I’m a horrible person I make people cry. The only time I come in there is usually in the morning time so now I’m back from the location. I’m trying to make it make sense when I was discriminated for Health issue, but he said I wasn’t banned for Health issue. I was banned because my business can go elsewhere the entitlement that he has to say that my business elsewhere is very unclear. This is clear discrimination. I’m highly upset high This is a good restaurant. I think that he needs to take a coaching class and he needs to understand that being in business you can’t be rude and make up such exaggerating things. I’ve asked him to pull this camera for the interactions I was told by Tamara the shift leader that I had 5 to 10 incidents in the bathroom medical issues. The reason why I was banned but that wasn’t the case. The owner said no you’re never be banned for medical issues your bad because your attitude but as you guys see he comment and say your lovely comment thank you so much for being a good customer thank you thank you thank you, but I’m banned because I was a good Or I wasn’t a good customer I’m not understanding, but I’m not here to you know. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to, and I will never return. The parking lot here is a nightmare. Whoever designed it clearly had no idea what they were doing. It’s not only cramped and poorly laid out, but I actually had someone almost hit my car because of how narrow and chaotic the spaces are. Navigating through the lot feels like a game of chicken, and it's incredibly stressful. Add to that the fact there’s no drive-thru—what Chick-fil-A doesn't have a drive-thru in 2025?! And to experience this during rush hour? Oh my word…
Then the workers… The workers here have absolutely no interest in making customers feel welcome. Instead of focusing on the customers, the staff spends their time chatting with each other and ignoring anyone who needs help. I literally watched them have side conversations while ignoring customers at the counter. And let’s just say that I heard some very interesting gossip on people getting fired and illegals… It’s clear that professionalism and customer service are not high priorities at this location.

Read moreI am so impressed by this specific location. I have loved chick filet since I started eating at the first store in Dadeland mall. Since Chick Filet became so popular during the pandemic it has been difficult to enjoy as the stores are so busy and tough to navigate. Meeting the owners and staff at the newest location in miami shores was especially nice as you could tell they are committed to their customers having a positive experience. Outside the fact the stores have grown so busy during the pandemic.
I highly recommend if you need a catering order you work with this store specifically. They are very attentive to detail and will do everything they can to accommodate.
