Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Miami Township

Haven’t had Jet’s in years, mainly because we moved away from the one in Montgomery OH and are closer to Mio’s now residing in Loveland. Convinced the wife to get Jet’s again since it’s been so long. Disappointed in it from the start. There was a coupon online for a large pizza and salad. The online system is cumbersome. It also tries to add more food than the coupon requires. However, it didn’t apply the coupon I was after and I actually ordered more food than what was required. I got in store hoping they could adjust this and asked the associate about it. She mentioned she didn’t see anything online even though I showed her. Said there was nothing she could do. Will not be returning, this was mistake on my end and now my wife wins, as to why we quit going here. I haven’t had the pizza yet because it mentioned it would be ready in 20 mins. I would give this place zero stars for service. Order a grilled chicken hoagie they said ok 15 min they would have it ready to pick up. I arrive 25 min later they hadn't eaven started my order. So I sit and wait another 15min and they tried to pass off a calzone as my hoagie. I tell them this is not what I ordered so they tell me after all this time ordering twice that they do not make hoagies although they took my order twice as ordering a hoagie. The manager then says all you mean you want your grilled chicken. On a hoagie bun. Duh! I mean really yes a hoagie thats what I ordered. So another 15 min later they made my order correctly. Unfortunately I am unable to give a review of the food because they did not have any slices available when I went in. I haven’t had Jets since I lived in the West side but never ordered a pizza for just myself. I heard their slices were great and always saw the neon sign for slices. I was passing the area and decided to run in to grab some for my sister and I. My GPS said I was already running late to her house so I couldn’t wait but they were all out of slices. He said they had some but they were old and didn’t look good. I really appreciated his honesty. I will check back another day, but this was around 7pm on a Thursday evening. I’m not sure if this happens frequently or not, but they shouldn’t advertise on the front window with a neon sign if it isn’t consistent. Thanks...
