McDonald's — Restaurant in Miami Township

The worst. I repeated my order no less than 5 times. (Mcrib combo, ten piece nuggets, a Mc double) when I got to the window my total was 29 dollars. I questioned it, she had me down for three combos including a fillet o fish meal. I verified my order again, and gave her my card(she cleary didnt care and was paying no attentionas she joked w another worker). When I pulled up to pick up my food, (very nice guy) started handling me multiple drinks and multiple orders of fries. I said, ok I'm gonna come inside and make sure we got this right. Horrible mistake. So, the manager, had no time to make sure he got my order right "oh we charged you for two drinks" and hands me a bag. I have to admit at this point I thought if I got charged for two drinks ok.. not at all the case. There were multiple fries, multiple drinks, a sandwich I didn't order and the worst, my receipt. I'd been charged for multiple things I didn't order, NO attempt on their part to fix it even though I took SEVERAL steps to fix it. By this point I was way too angry to speak to an actual human. I understand it's hard to get workers right now but, when a customer tries that hard to make sure you got their order right and to point out "hey, you've grossly overcharged me", the manager or at some point the franchise owner needs to give a sh@t!! Would've been cheaper to go to...

This location has a rep for messing up peoples orders but I decided to give it a try and sure enough they got my order wrong. I ordered 3 Egg McMuffins without meat instead I got bread and cheese so I pulled back around and told the lady and she charged me 5 extra dollars to add the eggs to 3 sandwiches. I pull up to the next window and the person hands me the bag back so I check it right there and it's still just bread and cheese! I'm very annoyed at this point so I'm trying to keep my cool and tell the lady that there's still no egg on my sandwiches so she tells me to pull up and she'll bring it out. I finally get my order right and I get home BUT tell me why I have someone else's order as well as mine! I have no idea at what point she handed me the extra bag but needless to say I was confused. They are a whole mess at that location. The workers obviously need better training. I will stick to my usual location in West Carrollton they always get my order right. It's a little further from me but I'd rather get...

I realize this McDonald's is always busy. Today I was very dissatisfied with this location period. There was mold on the inside of the ice dispenser. YUCK. While waiting for my order I am able to see the food preparation area. There was a worker who felt the need to not have gloves on during preparation of food. Not good. When did we lose sight of sanitation while preparing food. I realize there are hats that are worn instead of hair nets. Which brings us to hair flying around although it's is in a ponytail hair is still loose.. I had to clean a table off in the play area. While sitting and eating I'm looking at the high chairs that have dried food on them. When did cleanliness become less of a priority, as well as customer service. Only reason I stayed her is because my grandchildren wanted to play. Now I doubting my decision wondering if I should bathe them when I get home. Come on McDonald's we can do better than this.
