Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Miami Township

I had a small.issue that turned into me being furious to the point where I feel like I need to make a Point on google. I ordered a pizza with no pork products. There was a few bits of bacon and I'm allergic to pork. I tasted it and it was too late, I swallowed a little but I pulled two pieces out of my mouth. I'm having a super mild reaction. My lips and throat are tingly but thank God I didn't eat it all the way. I called just the store to let them know to check the cheese... not complaining or asking for my money back even tho I cant eat the pizza now. I only wanted them to know what happened. Chelsea attacked me with excuses, never apologizing or saying she would check the cheese. I also think the delivery fee is way too high. They should not be using Doordash. More of what I think is that this store should definitely take allergies more seriously. Its just a good thing I tasted it before ingesting it all. You definitely should not order online because the website stinks and lags and you should definitely let them know if you have any concerns about your pizza in any way!!!! Boo papa johns! Never ordering Papa Johns...

Ordered pizza for delivery. Received text pizza arriving. Watching for driver. Received 3 phone calls from unknown numbers, no message left by callers. Received call from Papa Johns store, answered phone and woman stated driver was at my house and I was not answering my door or my phone. I advised there is no one at my house from Papa Johns. She stated that her GPS was showing the driver was there. Looked up the street and saw driver in neighbors driveway. I advised woman that they were at the wrong house and she told me that is why I need to answer my phone. Woman who turned out to be the manager then hung up the phone and the driver left with pizza. Managers statement said I cursed at her and that is why she hung up. "Total Lie" If that woman is a manager, then they must really be desperate...
