You will not believe this but what happened was we were on our way to the Rally's window. we were waiting out in the Drive-Thru as we were waiting in the Drive-Thru we smelled what appeared to be raw sewage. The odor was so horrible that my friend and I were becoming nauseous. I was not at the wheel, if I were I would have definitely left immediately. We unfortunately had to endure this odorific hell for approximately 15 minutes. We pulled up to the window and I actually, immediately informed the manager and he stated oh,,, I said no one else has said anything to any of you? He then laughed as I was the ignorant one, and I said u might want to go check it out because it is terrible and it smells like your pipes could be broken Or there is a portable toilet in your drive thru. He then walked away and didn't do ship. This is not good business and is very unprofessional, gross and we also lost our appetites. I am a diabetic so I had to make a decision, to eat what I just ordered, and hope it stays in my system , eat nothing and risk low blood sugar or eat some sugary substitute which would have been a very bad decision. I decided to try to eat the food regardless of the hellish experience . Approximately 15 minutes later we " my friend and I looked at each other and I became nauseous but her being in the health field she recovered well. Essentially, what I'm stating is that this was definitely one of the grossest experience of my restaurant visits. This manager, the staff , the district Manager should be more informative non- ignorant - of things in and around theyre' restaurants. I am very reluctant and borderline scared to try...
Read moreAlso would give no stars if possible, put an online order in, said it was ready for pickup at 11:43pm last night on 7/13/22, pull up at 11:42 and the lights and everything was shut off, whole store was closed before their "closing" time that's posted. I highly recommend editted your hours on Google to what time the store actually closes.
Then we couldn't figure out how to cancel the order, so we went back today (7/14) to the store as soon as they opened and asked for a refund which of course they didn't want to, said we had to call a 1-800 number, so we asked if we could just have the order instead, and they didn't even want to do that! Lady said "it's a more than $20 order, so we don't know If you got refunded or not" so we argued with her for a few minutes before she called the gm who I guess was the closing manager on 7/13, and then he supposedly said his last order was at 11:50pm and we were like YEAH RIGHT !! He straight up lied ! We were there at 11:42, and NO ONE was there. We sat in the drive-thru trying to figure out how to refund our order, in a red 2 door honda if you have cameras, check them! Finally the GM just said give them the order, so we at least got the food. And the lady makes the comment "oh well ain't my store anymore" so idk if she was a previous manager or what. But this is ridiculous!. Rallys needs to send corporate in as secret shoppers to watch this store. I'd give this location such a...
Read moregot a chicken sandwich meal for my wife. took it home and she bit into raw chicken. went back with the sandwich and the manager immediately argued with me saying they cooked it 8 minutes. I welcomed him to look at the sandwich and he refused. I asked for a refund and he continued to argue but would not look at the sandwich. he finally gave me 5 dollars for a sandwich. I requested a full refund for the meal as it was ruined and he refused saying I was unreasonable. I told him he is unreasonable for serving raw chicken potentially exposing customers to foodborne illness. He then threatened to call the police, I welcomed him to so so. he closed the widow and made the call. When he opened the window I asked if he told them why I was there or if they told him to stop wasting their time. he then closed the window to presumably call the police again, which would be stranger. I decided to leave with my 5 dollars and hope my wife does not get sick.
Overall this wasn't a good experience, we will not return. the manager mentioned this was his first week. Maybe you could cut him some slack if he was young but this guy was pushing 60, so he should definitely know better. know when to admit he made a mistake and take care of it. not deny, as if not looking in the bag makes it not real, and call the police because he doesn't know how to manage his business...
