Delivery order placed through the app. Check! Delivery driver shows up and delivers food. Check! 5-6 items missing. Call driver. Driver suggests to call store. No answer.

Dining room was closed an hour early. So thru the drive thru we go! Stopped at speaker and explained the situation. Manager on duty wanted reciept number, which we provided. Told them what food was missing. Sat for a minute, and manager came back to say none of the food that we mentioned was even on the receipt.
We had the reciept in hand, and told them this. That wasn't good enough. "You 'tryna get food you 'din even order". Reciept, in hand, asked if we could pull to the window and show them. The response we got was "nah, nah, nah...you trippin and holdin up my line. You need to leave".
A 10 piece saucy nuggets, 4 piece nugget, 1 jr fry, 2 medium fries, and a large chocolate frostie...that's what was missing. Not a small total. Around $20.
You idiots...we had the reciept. We offered to show you. You refused. A grown woman's managerial response to all of this was "you trippin".
I'll be back to update this further once I have your name...a younger family member is a part timer there. Once I get your name, I'll be up to not only ask about this, but take your picture and attach it, along with your name to this review.

First update - wife called up to "a manager" about the situation to explain what just happened. This was a guy this time. Explained it, he apologized, but said they were overly busy. When asked about replacing the missing items, his response was...wait for it.... "it doesn't matter, our store makes enough enough"...and hung up.

Read moreAbout a week ago, my grandmother, my son and I visited this location. We got there early...about 15 minutes before they opened. So, we stood by the door and waited. We saw an employee drive by and roll her eyes when she saw us. I get it, they weren’t even open yet and there was already customers waiting...I know that can be frustrating but there’s no need for eye rolling. So, when it was time for them to open the doors...they didn’t. They KNEW we were waiting but the didn’t open the doors until 6 minutes after the time their sign said! So, we ended up waiting a total of 21 minutes in the cold because apparently they were irritated with us. We started to walk away when they finally opened the doors. We got inside and no one greeted us. We stood and waiting a few minutes and then a guy came one and literally made a an annoyed huffing sound before begrudgingly taking our order. I asked if they had chili ready yet and he said yes. So, we placed our order and when I started to eat my chili, it was cold and flavorless. If it was going to be cold, he should have told me that and I would’ve ordered something else. While we were eating the employees were being obnoxiously loud and yelling at each other. In addition to that, any time my husband goes through this drive thru, our order is NEVER right. They always screw something up. I’m over it and not wasting my time with this place anymore. Wendy’s is one of the few fast food places we can order keto at so it’s pretty unfortunate that we can’t rely on...
Read moreI was surprised and not in a good way. Everything was dirty. The crome behind the counter above the fruit drinks we really bad. It was smeared and nasty looking, even the back sides of the monitors were gross, every table was dirty, the floors were sticky. The drink counter area had sticky wet pop all over it. There was the bottom part of a wall smeard with ketchup. The whole place was a real mess. I can only guess at the condition of the kitchen and back area. It was like nobody cared. My burger was almost room temperature and the cheese couldn't even melt. All of it was just a shame. I've always liked Wendy's. The food used to be reliably hot and good. I've never had a problem with cleanliness before. I just cannot express the sadness of the place and the complete lack of even trying to have any pride for where you work. I just thought the someone should know and to take care of the store. I would have taken more pics but I didn't want...
