Burger King — Restaurant in Miami

I visited yesterday and was greeted by a young lady who looked at me like I was stupid when I ordered spicey rodeo chicken sandwiches. She acted like I was ordering something that wasn't on the menu in front of my face. After I insisted twice that I wasn't hallucinating, she finally got a manager to help her with my order... She finally got my order placed and gave me my drink cup... When I tried to fill my cup I noticed there was an associate who was struggling to learn how to refill the soda dispenser. She had the panels open and extra boxes of mix stacked on the counter. After waiting patiently for quite some time it occurred to me that she was not going to be finished any time soon. She didn't even seem aware that I was there waiting on her. The cashier was standing there staring off into space with a blank look on her face but I thought for sure if I stood right in front of her face and waved my empty cup around and pointed at the soda machine she would offer to fill my cup from the dispenser at the drive through.... She didn't get the hint so I just nicely asked if she could fill it from the other dispenser behind the counter.... Her reply was "why can't you just fill it from the machine?!" I pointed to the machine indicating to her that it was being operated on but the cashier didn't even look at what I was pointing at. She still refused to fill my cup in spite of the fact that she was doing nothing.... Today I visited and again was treated with the same rude service. I stood in line behind a Cuban lady and was ignored for a good 20 minutes while they talked about the history of their family lineage in Spanish and ignored my existence.... Then my order was lost and people who walked in after me were getting their orders before anybody noticed me standing there waiting... My sandwich was served with rotten smelling brown lettuce on it and it gave me a stomach ache. Terrible service, terrible food quality and because nobody ever resets the WiFi router I was unable to connect to it the entire time I was there. I wish I didn't have to give a star to rate this place. It's as ghetto as it gets in spite of the nice new interior. Burger King should be ashamed to have their name...

Lately I have been using the Burger King app to order. as soon as you arrive at Burger King your supposed to push a button to tell them that you've arrived and then pull up to the drive-thru. The very first time I did that they were able to give me an order within a couple of minutes. But the last couple of times including today, I went up to the window and they asked me to park so that they could bring my order to me. It was nothing fancy, just for burgers fries and chicken fries. However, it took them 11 minutes from the time that I pulled up until they brought the food out. I observe no less than four other cars pull up give their order at the window and leave with their food while I sat there. yeah I just thought I don't think there's any reason that ordering through the app should have taken longer than it took for people to make regular drive-thru orders. however, I will keep coming back because hamburgers from Burger King are so much better than any other fast food restaurant. I think that the flame-broiled flavor is also better than a lot of the burgers around town that cost upwards...

I Had By Far The Worst Experience As Far As The Food . The cashier did a great job as for putting my order in exactly how I wanted it . THE KITCHEN STAFF MESSED UP MY ORDER I ordered a double whopper meal with cheese No Mayo No Tom Cut In Half Sub The Fries For Onion Rings Fresh Onion Rings Whooper Off The Broiler. When I received my order the onion rings were cold as if they been sitting there and the whopper had everything on it that I asked not to be on it . The manager quickly tried to fix the problem by giving me fresh onion rings the first bite I took out of them I tasted old grease they were horrible I Than tasted the burger it was between cold & warm NOT off the broiler like I asked . Omg even down to the soda I got a strawberry Fanta it was horrible need to change soda machine as soon as possible . The restaurant looks great I just wish the food tasted as such . I spent & $9.41 on HORRIBLE FOOD I will never ever...
