My entire family loves this place! I took my twins here for mommy and me classes when they were little and the owner, as well as her staff, really made that bonding experience with them amazing and one of my favorite memories to look back on. Whenever they accomplish something now, they finish it with a huge smile and their face with a little "TA DA" at the end. We recently had our 3 year old's birthday there and the kids had a great time. Not only did the owner and the staff help with the setup and decorations (I had no idea what I was doing), they were attentive to the kids and made sure they had a fun time. The owner of this gymnastics spot is disorganized, unprofessional and rude. The pricing is also extremely off market. There are extensive options that are at a better price point in the neighborhood. Her prices are 2-3x higher than other gymnastic classes in the area.

One time, my daughter attended the open gym. While I was there, the owner sent me 6 messages asking me for info on the open gym when her employee was there. It was unprofessional.

Another time, I tried to book a birthday party. She changed the pricing on me when I followed up a week later about booking.

I am a babysitter and I have been bringing to Flips and Friends the two girls I take care of for the past 2 years or so. I stay there for basically all the classes and I saw so many improvements!! they like to keep very small groups so the kids could have almost a private lesson (sometimes it happens that some kids don't sign up for class and your child will be alone so literally a private lesson). They are also very detail oriented, they don't let any mistake slip, they really want the kid to fully learn a movement or a skill. Also, the whole staff is great! All very sweet, fun, and well...
