I went to this Dunkin at around 11:30 on a Tuesday. I would point on names of the staff that were rude and incompetent. But no one was wearing a name tag which is the normal thing to do at other Dunkin Donuts that I go to regularly. I waited for at least 10-12 minutes just to give my order. I finally get my 2 coffee's and sandwiches after waiting another 15 minutes. The two two small coffees but got 2 medium ones instead. Oh, and the coffee was mainly milk, and this is the same coffee I order at an other Dunkin I normally go to, so they don't even know how to make coffee. I explained that I ordered small, and she said, "well, he took order(one of the teenagers) as medium. Instead of the lady reimbursing me what is suppose to be given back to me, she just went on about that the drink is suppose to be medium since that was what was given to me. At that point all I wanted was my order so I can leave since I was ill. Then, in front of other customer a different teenager also took order wrong and rudly states that customer didn't ask for the right thing. After going back in forth the teenager ignores the customer and turns his back and does something else. I cannot believe that this is how you treat customers! Also they should have the store clean. No one seem to care about anything. I didn't even finish my food before I decided to leave. I couldn't continue to see how rude of a staff can be. I will never return this store.

Read moreJust left this store, the guy at the register wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. It’s an hour and a half before they close and he told me the kitchen was closed. After asking about which refresher he thought was better, he replied ”I don’t like either one of them so idk”. Im not sure if that was a genuine response or if he just didn’t want to make the drink. After ordering a chai latte, He slid my drink across to me without saying a word. I will always choose Starbucks over Dunkin’ for this specific reason. Dunkin employees are 8 out of the 10 times extremely rude.
My chai latte just tastes like milk. I also finished it in like 4 sips because it was 90% ice.
UPDATE: I tried again today with a mobile order, arrived the same rude employee told me they didn’t have the syrup I said okay that’s fine just give me vanilla. He then slides the drink towards me again. I tell him there’s no cold foam, he then with an attitude pours out the smallest amount of the drink ever and puts whipped cream on top……..whipped cream is not cold foam….never again. Read moreI wanted donuts last night to surprise my kids for Valentine's Day. Google said Dunkin was open, so I drove over. It was 11:31pm when I arrived. Much to my dismay, the door was locked. The girl mopping the floor indicated thru the glass that they were closed. When I insisted that I wanted to come in, she cracked open the door a bit, stuck her head out and said “I’m sorry ma’am we are closed.” (Apparently, they close half an hour before midnight to clean up?!) When I asked to speak with her manager she said she could not bother them as they were sleeping. I again insisted that their closing time reads midnight, and she just kept saying “I’m sorry ma’am”...
I'm not sure what to think - stereotypical millennial work ethic OR lousy management. Ugh. Nothing is worse than wasted time... except perhaps not having the donuts I wanted my kids to have.
I have tried to call the manager today to clarify, but the phone number goes straight to voicemail.
So... I suggested an edit to Google. If they are going to close at 11:30pm to "close at midnight", perhaps they should just close...
