The experience I had tonight left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be coming here again. My order was $3.96. I gave the gentleman at the front a $5 bill and he looked at it and gave it back to me and said he can’t accept it due to a small rip. I told him it is still in tact and you should be able to accept it. He stated he cannot accept it because “it won’t slide through the machine.” Not sure of what machine he speaks of since he is placing the money inside the cash drawer right in front of me and I’m sure McDonald’s is not sliding every single bill in an atm during deposit time so I felt my intelligence insulted. I requested a manager and he said he was the manager in a stern tone. He did not have McDonald’s uniform on and he did not have a name tag on. He told me his name was Brian. I took pictures of the $5 as I am going back and forth with him intending to do this review and finally another manager walks up. He told me to ask the manager if he will accept it and he was so sure of himself he said “ I won’t even say anything. Just ask him.” The second manager walked up and looked at the $5 and told Brian that we can accept it. They say something in Spanish to each other and Brian gives me my change with his head down and immediately walks away as if he was so upset. Another guy with no uniform comes from the back and handed me my sundae. This is a learning experience Brian. It isn’t that serious. Imagine how many hungry poor people you turned away or could’ve turned away because of your arrogant ignorance. You should’ve apologized to me with a smile on your face and that would’ve restored my faith in your store...
Read moreI placed my order at the kiosk at 6:27 pm and already there were multiple people trying to order at the register. The cashier was there for no more than 5 minutes and then went into the back, leaving around 10 customers in the front waiting to be serviced. One customer was already the counter waiting to exchange a burger that he claimed was hard and it took them 20 minutes to give him a new burger. Another one ordered an ice coffee and the cashier messed up his order giving him a small instead of a large like he asked and again it took them 25 minutes to give him an ICE COFFEE. It took one lady to get frustrated with the staff and called upon a manager and that was when everyone decided to come to the front and do their job. The cashier returned to take orders just for her to not know how to take a simple order. I took the initiative to ask a random worker about my order and the came back immediately with my order making me believe my order was possibly done already but just waiting in the back. Even so, they gave me a regular burger when | ordered a quarter pounder. I mean even the managers seemed incapable of helping out the situation at hand. The same issues continue at this location for YEARS that I actively try to avoid going there knowing the service is always less than bare minimum and the amount of time that it takes to get an order out is outrageous. As someone who works in customer and food service, my place of work wouldve found it unacceptable to have an employee work the way the entire team did. It is truly annoying coming from the most popular fast food chain to have the same...
Read moreSo me and my boyfriend went out for lunch and this McDonald’s itself didn’t looked packed until we both went inside. All the seats were packed and they still had customers waiting for their food. So anyways we ordered from the kiosk but it didn’t give us the receipt but whatever. Mind you it’s freezing cold and they still had more and more customers coming in. We got there around 3ish and we wait half hour for our food only to find out that our food was sitting there and no one has bothered calling numbers whatsoever. My boyfriend asked one of the workers what order number 850 was missing and that was our food and he just ignored us. All of the workers who are “trying” to make it work, they weren’t even making it work. Drive thru wasn’t even busy but somehow inside the fast food it was. This McDonald’s also has a side door with a handicap sign but anyone can use that door. We tried to go in and the door was locked, Spanish lady said to go around for the other entrance. So as soon as we got our food, the same door that we tried to use, another person opened door. So as soon as we left, the stupid Spanish lady unlocked the door and I’m just like baffled with the amount of stupidity that they have here. I asked my bf to ask the people if I can get a small takeout bag and the cashier took her sweet time getting a takeout bag and still managed to get the cup of water and we didn’t even ask for that. If I can give this place zero stars I would because this place is terrible. The workers are slow and half of them don’t even know what...
