Terrible service worker was extremely rude towards a question regarding the menu, lack of professionalism and just a horrible experience overall that I will never forget. I don’t understand how is is possible that you are there to provide a service and you get upset because you are providing the service. I believe customer service is not for all. The customer service is always terrible and there’s always a problem with the order.

Today I order my 10 rellenos (amongst lots of other things) and get home to find 10 pan royals instead. Call a 3rd Uber to bring me back and they didn’t even want to refund the pan royals that I returned, let alone discount the rellenos for another of their errors that cost me...
