UPDATE 06/17/2025: I dont like writing a negative review, but when the same problem goes on for months and months, then I have to speak up.

This location never, and I mean, never can make a Mocha Hot Coffee correctly. What is so difficult about pouring hot coffee in a paper cup and adding a couple of squirts of chocolate into the coffee and stirring it? This has been going on for 3 years at least. We have had to come back each time and go thru the long lines each time, and then wait for the corrected coffee to only find out it still tastes like Dish Water!!

Not only that, but this last time, we were given someone else's order, but my daughter checked our order before leaving the drive-thru window. Thank goodness. So we had to go around again to get our real order. So, there are 2 huge mistakes in one visit. We do try to go to other McDonald's and have no problems, but this time, we were on a tight schedule and had to reluctantly go here. No more

UPDATE 08/06/24: This evening, we stopped by to pick up an order of Chicken Nuggets to share because we were too tired to cook after the hectic pace we have endured for the last 4 days. The ambiance is casual and quick.

Our favorite cashier and employee, Maisel, was working again. She is the sweetest and nicest server we have met in the past 5 years at this McDonald's. She has the prettiest smile and the friendliest greeting! She is a great representative for McDonald's!

Our food was good and still warm by the time we drove home. The line was short because it was way past dinner time. This is our one and only Mickey D's that we go to.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for some time now. The service can be very slow even off peak but the worst part is the terrible attitude of the staff, especially the drive thru. I went there Sunday night and the drive-thru is backed up. The gentleman in front of me just left because no one ever asked to take his order. When I pull up I wait a few minutes and then eventually someone says "hello", not "hi welcome to McDonalds may I take your order" just hello. When I finally get to the window there is no one there to take my money, or so I thought because after sitting at the window for about 3 minutes all of a sudden the person's head pops up, so they were there the whole time but they were laying their head down which explains why the drive-thru is so backed up. Then I pull up to the window to get my food the window opens and they hand me the bag, again no greeting even after I said hello, I also thanked her, again no reply. Considering how long you have to wait in the Drive-Thru to pay and then again to get your food a little courtesy would go a long way. I think the staff could use a little training on...

Terrible place. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The service was disgusting, and the staff was very rude. The place was dirty, and the restroom was horrible. When you enter the restroom, everything is covered in urine—the toilet seat, the floor around the toilet. The cleaning staff does nothing. I entered the restroom and had to lay down paper on the floor just to step, as urine was everywhere, and it smelled terrible. When I came out, a cleaning staff member entered the stall and started yelling at me for leaving tissues on the floor. I tried explaining that there was urine they hadn’t cleaned, but she kept shouting, saying it was my responsibility to clean it up. If she had cleaned up the urine with a mop, there would have been no issues, and I wouldn’t have needed to put tissues on the floor. So I had a horrible experience at this place. I believe such staff should be fired! They have no right to shout at customers! It’s very rude and...
