Let me start by saying, I LOVE THAT WE HAVE ITALIAN IN MIAMI OK now! I hope everyone shows them grace & understanding as they are NEW and it will only get better if people give them a chance. I hope to see them here for the rest of my lifetime! My review: I LOVE spaghetti, it is actually my favorite food (and my kids). Our go to has always be Josie’s in Scammon KS- until they closed their doors. Mia Bella’s is going to be great! I ordered the spaghetti + meat sauce. It was good. I loved that they served bread before the meal as well. My recommendations: make the sauce more “meaty” flavored - it seemed like more tomato sauce was there than needed (it needs to be a thicker - meatier sauce, it was thin and watery). Also, please do not put as much olive oil on the bread. I love bread & I love oil, but it was too much and the bread was soggy. It may be better if you serve the bread alone (toasted and buttered is AMAZING) and have the oil jar on the table or pour Italian seasoned olive oil on a small dish for each table or person. Service was AMAZING! We had tried to go a few times and it was an hour and a half wait, so we came back at an odd hour and got right in! Server was great and a young man walked around checking on table which was soooo professional! Inside, the restaurant is looking FABULOUS! I love the wall and changes they have made. We will be back very soon, and probably weekly… GIVE THEM A TRY!

Shrimp Alfredo was really good with the pasta being prepared perfectly. The Marsala w/Sausage was pretty good as well, just not accustomed to a sweeter sauce, so it did kind of throw us for a loop at first lol. The only real complaint was the Spinach Artichoke dip but the manager on duty(Levi)seen we didn't really eat much of it and did take it off our ticket, which he didn't have to do but we appreciate him recognizing a problem and solving it without us saying anything. Regarding the dip, it was just way to much mozzarella and wasn't able to be dipped at all and kept pulling up in large stringy sections that wouldn't separate from the bowl it was served in and was honestly, almost all mozzarella and lacked flavor. Levi did go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would also like to add that we could hear all the conversations going on in the kitchen and I won't go into much detail, but some of those conversations were not really appropriate but we do understand because of the location of the kitchen in reference to the lobby, it's just going to happen, regardless.

We had the best date night at Mia Bella! Carson was our server & he was phenomenal! Very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu & made excellent recommendations! The Italian nachos is originally what we came here for as we’d seen people rave about them, although good, it was very heavy & hardly any wontons & mostly toppings. Normally that would sound amazing but it made the dish very rich, heavy, and hard to eat. Still tasty though. I was completely blown away by the Mia Bella, I wasn’t anticipating the amazing blend of flavors in this dish, but I trusted Carson’s suggestion. It was a flavor genius who created this. My husband said his steak was cooked perfectly & the Alfredo sauce was perfect. Both pastas were cooked perfectly al dente. The Italian cream cake was to die for. We’d go back for those exact same entrees & dessert. Way to go small town family restaurant!!! PS Carson actually noticed the music was too loud & asked if we’d like it to be turned down. For a couple who rarely treats themselves to a meal out, the details are most appreciated!

So listen , this restaurant might get better. It’s something different for Miami BUT here are my observations. First thing is the menu has probably 150 if not more items on it , that is not a good sign . The wait staff need direction and since this is the second time we have gone and the plates came out several minutes apart it appears to me the kitchen staff probably needs direction too. “ not the staffs fault “ the staff were all very pleasant ( again no direction) . Now back to the menu , it is always better to do a smaller menu with fresh ingredients and do it WELL than a ginormous menu and I mean 4 pages crammed with dishes all very similar and not done well. I don’t want this restaurant to fail but if they continue with ingredients that are just heated up from a restaurant supply of premade dishes and not cooked fresh it will definitely fail. Go try it and see for yourself make your own decision on it. I know that I am a very hard critic on Italian food because of where I grew up but quality food no matter whether it’s down home cooking , Mexican, Italian , burgers whatever , its going to be good if it is made from quality ingredients and it is not there yet for Mia Bella. Inconsistent portions( same dish one was very noticeably larger) Luke warm in the center( kitchen thermometer before it goes out) Pasta water pooled on the plate ( from not draining the pasta well enough before plating) My biggest pet peeve when I go to a restaurant ? I choose my entree by looking at the description of ingredients and if the dish comes out with missing ingredients I’m pissed. Because it doesn’t taste like what it should. I hope this review can be used by Mia Bella as constructive criticism and you can thrive and become a Miami staple . I know it’s only been Two weeks truly I do !! I will try again in a couple months possibly. Miami needs variety but it needs to also be fresh and tasty and...

Mia Bella Italian Kitchen: A Taste of Italy That Will Keep You Coming Back! Mia Bella Italian Kitchen in Miami has truly mastered the art of Italian comfort food, offering dishes that are both deeply satisfying and incredibly flavorful. My recent visits have left me thoroughly impressed, particularly with their standout Italian Sub and their unbelievably delicious calzone. The Italian Sub at Mia Bella is nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Each layer contributes to a symphony of flavors and textures. Generous portions of tender Canadian bacon, savory ham, and zesty pepperoni are perfectly balanced by the sweet, caramelized notes of sautéed onions. The freshly baked bread provides a satisfying crunch that encases all the deliciousness within. But the true showstopper, the element that elevates this sub to divine status, is the rich, creamy cheese sauce. It's utterly decadent and ties all the ingredients together in a harmonious blend that leaves you craving more with every bite. It's no wonder this sub has earned a loyal following – it's a taste sensation that will keep you coming back. And if you thought the sub was good, prepare to be amazed by their calzone. This, too, was beyond delicious – incredibly creamy and bursting with flavor. The addition of jalapeños provided a fantastic, subtle kick that perfectly complemented the richness of the cheese and other fillings. To complete this truly satisfying meal, I highly recommend pairing it with one of their house margaritas. The refreshing tang of the margarita cuts through the richness of the food beautifully, creating a perfect balance that enhances the entire dining experience. Mia Bella Italian Kitchen delivers on its promise of authentic and incredibly tasty Italian cuisine. Whether you're a fan of classic subs or crave a perfectly executed calzone, you won't be disappointed. It's a culinary destination that truly lives up...

I came for lunch with 2 others on a Friday at 1130....the dining room was filling up....had nice decor and looked clean....we were sat promptly and greeted by the server quickly....she came back with our drinks and a basket of warm parmesean bread which was delicious...it took a few moments for the server to come back to take our order....(if your on lunch from work, you'll need an hr)....we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which came out with toast points....it came out hot and creamy but lacked flavor ( had to use salt)....we order the lunch portion of spaghetti and meatball, and the eggplant parmessan with a small ceasar salad.....the salad came out in a chilled bowl and was soooo delicious...feta cheese and parm on the salad....the food came out in a timely manner.....the portions were large.....I thought the spaghetti sauce was delicious however they put A LOT of sauce on the noodles.....the eggplant was not what I'm used to, I couldn't tell if it was frozen or what, but it wasn't good....throughout lunch our server did ask if everything was delicious, she was busy...the person who sat us, later I found out, she is the manager, finished the table...which at least the server asked for help and bit have us just sitting there wondering where she is...of course we ordered delicious and I'm glad we did....made the crappy eggplant almost worth it...we order the tirimasu, the lemoncello cake, and the sweet Italian cream cake....i did ask if they were homemade...ill let u decide 😉 ...omgosh, they were all so yummy....the...
