Harps Food Stores — Local services in Miami

I had a little misunderstanding issue involving some product & the price of & it was handled very well, nice & appropriately without any hesitation whatsoever & + they also have some very decent ads & might I add that about 7 times outa 10, u don't have to put up with alot of inconsiderate people like a "MAJOR ENTITY" around here employees also considered even though I think the checkers should pay more attention to the customer rather than themselves, their phones or their "friends" who are also employed there! The customer should come first & foremost, Who Do They Think Are Really Putting Food In Their Or Their Family's Mouth, Paying Their Bills!!...

I've shopped here a few times when I'm in this area. I give it a one star because the store check-out clerks don't give you all your bags of groceries because the female staff at this store are always busy flirting with the male staff and not even paying attention to customers during checkout. Causing distraction.This Harps location has poor services. I drove all the way home far from Miami and realized I was missing three packs of the hamburger that I purchased. I called store manager, he was friendly, and I explained my situation. The thing is the store cashiers at checkout should pay closer attention to what they're doing and show better...

For everybody who is "new" to the area, this place used to be Marvin's discount grocery store. While the name, 'Harps' is still kinda new-ish, they still have things that Marvin used to have, like pick 5 for $25. Now you can download an app and clip coupons to save at the grocery store. I have yet to try this feature, I will update after I have used it in awhile. Anyway, I just got a brand new indoor grill that Wal-Mart is selling for about $80.
