I recently had a fantastic experience at T-Mobile, and I wanted to take a moment to leave a review and give a shout-out to the amazing worker, Jacob.
From the moment I walked into the store, Jacob went above and beyond to help me. He greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. I had a lot of questions about the different plans and phones available, and Jacob was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect plan and phone to fit my budget.
What really impressed me about Jacob was his attention to detail. He explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand language, and made sure I understood all the features and benefits of my new phone and plan. He even took the time to help me set up my new phone and transfer all my contacts and apps.
Overall, I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from Jacob. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at T-Mobile.    Read moreMy grandma was just in this location at Miami Oklahoma and spoke with a specialist who told her to drop a line she would need to do it by calling 611. Fine. She is 78 and doesn't understand how to do all of that. No one even offered to help her navigate those options herself on her own phone calling while in the store. The excuse is they are busy with pre release of iPhone 14. They are happy to make a sale and get the commission at this location but will not go the extra mile for customer service to maintain the customers accounts after they get their sellscheck from the customer. Pathetic. We will never do business at this locationa again. Very dissapointed in the level of customer care shown by this location.now she will need to wait till I have time to be able to help her find a bill and get her account information to be able to call and do this when it would have been quick and easy while at the location for someone to have taken time to help a customer that was in front of them at that moment.
