Overall, the employees are more then helpful when it comes to asking questions about your account. The main reason I give them a 4 star review is because I'm still a 'new' customer and am still working out the kinks to my account. Fair warning, you can get a cheaper phone at Walmart for $70, but you will only get 20 GB of Hotspot with unlimited talk, text and mobile data. At AT&T, you will get unlimited talk, text and mobile data and 50 GB of hot spot for about $115. So, it's important to do your homework before you make a decision.
UPDATE: Shortly after I signed up, I kept getting bills that were about $115 when my plan was only $95. Which means that I was paying $20 extra every month. I asked them why and they said that it was because someone blocked me. I used to get calls from another state wanting to speak to someone else and I specifically told them that the phone number that they had on file is now mine through AT&T. Well, turns out that they blocked me and AT&T was making me pay for something out of my control which is pretty shady to me. Not only that, but after I discontinued my plan, I still had to pay $235 for a brand new...
Read moreInside the store I have no idea how customer service is we mostly get our stuff done online, except one time, but it was a quick in and out. If you're going to AT&T for phones services it's fine, but I would NOT recommend the WiFi, half of the time I dont even get my guaranteed 10 Mbps, it's very off & on, I've literally turned off every device in the house except one to see if it was just the device's, but no I cant even watch a 5 minute video on YouTube without loading every 10-20 seconds. It's very frustrating & annoying, I went in there the other day to try and up the plan, but they said we had the highest plan...$30 for 10 Mbps and I dont even get that, Sparklight offers 100 Mbps for $40 and another $30-40 for Unlimited Data. I think it's time for for the Tribes to start pushing big corporations improve or force them to vacate, it's something that needs to be brought up at...
Read moreBasic services and needs are met… if it involves any effort you are met with snarky remarks and the same response “call 611”. I spent most of my day in and out of the store being told they couldn’t do “this” or “that” yet the GREAT 611 reps (which they said would take hours to reach and you couldn’t call in the store) were nice, polite, and reached me within minutes. All reps funnily enough had the same response “I don’t know why they would say they couldn’t do that for you in the store.” From returning a phone or ending a wireless line, I’m surprised the inside of the store isn’t just a banner with the numbers 611. In the end don’t go here, the only thing they hate more than you is themselves… also they get paid by reviews so… do what you will...
