I’m 42 years old and suffer from many different illnesses and disorders. One of them is high blood pressure for which I take several medications. These guys for reasons I can’t imagine will get upset with you for personal reasons and get nasty with you. One lady in particular, actually. The rest of the staff is very helpful. But they have made it impossible for me to get my medication from their pharmacy or any other because of the personal reasons of this one particular lady. Even though my doctor has called in two NEW prescriptions. And every time they explain they need me to do any particular thing in order to be able to get MY medication that my doctor prescribed, (I need to call him. I need for him to tell them it’s fine. I need to have him write my script for extra.)nothing is good enough and they claim they don’t want to cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure by playing gatekeepers with an old man’s high blood pressure medication. For anxiety’s, sleep, high blood pressure. Angina. They are doctors now. And they aren’t going to let me have either of my three prescriptions or let me ask anyone else to fill it and even going so far as to speaking with other pharmacies (Walmart) so no one in town will fill it. And I must say, so far as not causing an unsafe DROP in blood pressure, they are doing an excellent job. I wonder what might happen if a 42 year old man had some sort of complications due to his heart and it was found that Walgreens of Miami were unwilling to give the man medication that would control such a thing based on personal feelings and bias. I believe that would also reflect on...

Made an appointment the other day had it confirmed this morning, but when I went to the drive through the staff had informed us that our appointments were not appearing in the system. Started to get anxious and questioned her about it because I had to catch a flight the next day. She persisted on telling us that it was not in the system. Eventually got her "manager" or a person that was older than her, that told us that the regular pharmacist was not in and only he could actually check the system personally. If the person who could use the computer wasn't available why would you even open. The older lady informed us about another pharmaceutical place which was actually open. I set an appointment just right after the Walgreens incident and the place actually did everything smoothly in an hour. I wonder what's going on with Walgreens now a days, definitely reccomend checking out actual clinics or medical facilities. If they send you to Walgreens I would hope...
