Save yourself the headache and don't buy jewelry from this guy. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I came in and bought 2 Rolex watches and thought I got a great deal. As a first time Rolex buyer I gave no thought to the fact that he didn't give me box's for either of my watches or even authenticity papers. A month later when I tried to sell my watches I find out that one of the watches had several scratched serial numbers (this happens after several years meaning he knew and sold it to me anyways) and they couldn't even give me $100 for a $2800 watch. The other watch after being taken apart had an aftermarket band therefore they wouldn't even pay me half of what I paid for it. Originally I wanted to get a 14k Cuban link chain from him, even left a deposit. The jeweler that examined my watches made me a fatter chain with a DIAMOND on the lock for $3,000 less than what frank wanted to charge me. This guy is unbelievable, please be careful! You really can't even trust jewelry stores now a days. If you want great jewelry at a reasonable price visit Daniel's Jeweler, really...
Read moreAfter we had been in several other local spots, not one shop had a decent (if any) range of high quality gold. When we walked in, Frank Jr asked what we were looking for, and I knew I wanted a ring, with very specific gold requirements and possibly diamonds. Frank walked us through every single ring he had that I might like, we spent around an hour going through ring after ring, he went above and beyond, not only to find me the ring I wanted but even better. At about the hour and a half mark he found a ring that was in the wrong section but had not only the gold weight I wanted, but a delicate band of baguette diamonds to accent the hue of the gold band. He personally tested each of the diamonds out just to assure us peace of mind. We found the perfect ring and couldn’t be happier with the service and quality...
Read moreStore owner was rude to me. Long story short I purposely parked at the Frank parking spot because I PLANNED to go inside . Keep in mind I passed other empty parking spots because I knew I was going to Franks. I was then met with hostility and confrontation saying “ move your car it’s only for customers!!!” , in an aggressive way. ( I hadn’t even gone to another store) I answered “ yes I know it’s for the jewelry store I was going to go , should I not go now ?” with the same attitude given , I didn’t even get to go inside . I understand that business owners can be in a lot of stress as I am one myself but it’s doesn’t mean it’s okay to be rude. A better question would have been “ hey, are you going inside the store?” Instead of being talked loudly to in front of others , I needed up spending my money...
