Exceptional BBQ!!! The owner, Adrian, is an incredible guy, we really enjoyed talking with him and his crew! His passion for BBQ and genuine hospitality sets him apart! We love his ribs, my goodness they are amazing! Perfect post oak smoke! The Brisket flat is juicy and tender, not many can nail that and Adrian does! Pulled pork is great, tender and flavorful! Mac & cheese is creamy & yummy, rice and beans are fresh & delicious (perfectly cooked rice!), little corn tortillas in the foil were smokin hot and fresh, green bean salad is so fresh, crisp, and incredibly tasty, we loved it!! The ingredients in the green bean salad were so unique to us, but meld together into this masterpiece! Corn bread has a nice sweet flavor, nice texture! The plantain chips and coleslaw were a nice touch on our tray, both are tasty! A great selection of canned beverages to choose from. Everything was absolutely delicious! I recently ate at Slab Daddy BBQ, and I can confidently say it was one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked up tohe truck, the aroma of perfectly smoked meats set the stage for an unforgettable meal.

The food was nothing short of amazing. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the brisket was smoky and flavorful, and the sides (especially the mac and cheese and homemade tortillas) were to die for. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into every dish.

A huge shoutout to Chef Adrian, the mastermind behind it all. His passion for BBQ shines through in every bite. Not only is he a talented chef, but he also takes the time to ensure his guests feel welcomed and valued by passing by every table to talk to them.

If you’re looking for Miamis best BBQ and exceptional service, Slab Daddy BBQ is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!

Best all-around bbq I have ever had in Miami in my 30+ years living here. Amazing spot. This place deserves a visit!!

Every single dish was a banger. I had the fritanga-style platter with combo with rice/beans, coleslaw, and plantain chips and added Mac and cheese and brisket to the order. The sweet fruity glaze on the spare ribs was delicious, the brisket had a perfect smoke ring, decent bark and was still moist and tender despite me showing up at the end of lunch service. The rice had some beans that were wonderfully stewed with veggies on top. The Mac and cheese was really flavorful, not clumpy but was still super thick and soft, even the cornbread was soft and not crumbly and had like a honey butter glaze that was excellent.

The two guys that took care of me were both very cool and the service was excellent. You can tell they are proud of their small but superior establishment. I can’t...
