It is 12:21 am Friday morning and store hours says it's open 24 hours. But all the lights are closed, the door is locked. I call the phone number on the website and no one is answering. Why advertise 24 hours when you Cleary close at a certain time.
The funny thing is, I've had their food before. It taste really good. But you can't post one set of hours but go by a different set thats not posted.
Edit after 1am: Apparently they take 3 hour breaks. It's 2 of them in the store and they take it together. When I asked why the breaks are together, the cashier says he make up his own hours and can't no one tell him anything.
I even asked what is good for diabetic patients and he said he don't know. I understand that it's not his job to know but atleast try to know different menu options for...

I used to go every morning for breakfast and the service and quantity and quality is going down the hill, yesterday I asked for a banana milkshake large $5.45 and the employee peeled a banana and just put a quarter of if in the milk shaker lots of ice and milk I inquired her if for a shake of almost 6.00 bucks they do not put the entire banana and she said to me that is the norm so for every banana they are making almost 18 bucks 3 milkshakes that is a rip off ,for a whole hand of ripe bananas in any market would be like $1.80.To tell the history short I also asked for a butter toast the size is not the same as 3 months ago ,now the new norm would fit in your hand...

On Friday, June 6, 2025, at approximately 7:23 AM, I visited your Jackson Hospital South location in Miami, FL. Upon entering the restaurant, I began reviewing the menu. Once I was finished, I approached a young lady for assistance. Unfortunately, she ignored me for about five minutes. It wasn’t until another customer arrived that she finally acknowledged me.
Her demeanor was rude and disrespectful, and the overall interaction left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable.
