2021: This Starbucks is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a franchise branch. I don't go inside this place anymore because the manager has no respect for customers. Depending on who's working, they will charge you for water. They will call security if you don't buy anything. They did that to me and l stop going inside. I am always in the area when l want to use my phone. This is the only Starbucks that l've been to that called security on me as well as charged me for water. It's great that they are open 24/7, but some of the people who work there are no good.
11/5/23: I went to this Starbucks to charge my phone and I wanted to use the bathroom and the male employee told me that the bathroom is out of order. When he left, I went to the bathroom and the female employee told me that I would have to buy something to use the bathroom. I said to her "since when" and she said that it has always been like that. I told her that's not true because I've been coming there since they've been opened long before she started working there. I was there two weeks ago and it wasn't like that so I know she is lying to me just like the male employee who said the bathroom is out of order. They're liars and they're playing games. I'm a Starbucks rewards member and I filed a complaint two years ago at this location and I got a response back saying that it has been taken care of. It looks like they've reverted to two years ago. Read moreI have gone to this starbucks. a few times and hadn't been back in a min due to my last experience with unprofessional and messy , unorganized service it was about 6 pm and the people there were chatting letting the line build up , not acknowledging people in a hurry for work at least let me know , you'll be right with me . I don't like to complain , but the fact they gave me my order , wrong, never asked for my name , a homeless person nearly stole my coffee and then the employee still looking at me saying "I didn't ask for your name " in a rude manner. Day shift must need to go get trained better . On the other hand, I noticed a couple nights ago i passed buy for a latte and some food and Andres the barista on the shift was very professional , welcoming, quick , and knew his stuff despite a few people waiting for their coffee ! If only more people were like him, i think its so important to greet everyone to acknowledge them , i think this starbucks will always be busy if more employees followed Andres as an example . Read moreLas Saturday, 3/23 I ordered 3 sandwiches additional to 2 coffee and the lemon cake. They took the order wrong missing 2 sandwiches and the lemon cake. The lead manager very rude telling me that I have to wait until he takes care of 6 people that were in line when I came early and ordered a long time. The sandwiches were not wrapped in the normally wrapped paper, they just through the sandwiches in the regular Starbucks paper bag and when I told him I was still missing stuff he told me that I have to wait.
