Jackson Pharmacy | Jackson Memorial — Local services in Miami

I love my doctor and the nurses and staff at Jackson Memorial. But do NOT buy into the sales pitch to “get your post-surgery Rx from this pharmacy.” They’re rude, insensitive, slower than a turtle stuck in molasses, and inefficient. If you have a pharmacy you use regularly, tell your doc to send your Rx there.

I was there today. The doc was told by the Jackson pharmacy that it would take 20 min to fill my Rx. I waited 30 min, then showed up to get my one Rx and…you guessed it, it wasn’t ready. They said 10 more minutes. Literally another 30 minutes later and still nothing. It was interesting watching the staff be rude to PAYING CUSTOMERS. Clearly THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND (insurance or not) THAT THEY ARE THERE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER/PATIENT!!!

After I left with nothing, I drove 90 min to get home, and an hour later they called and asked me if I was going to pick up the Rx! LOL what a joke. Never again will I give them my business. I choose where to spend my money (or my insurance)…they deserve none of it.

This has NO reflection on the exceptional care my doc and all the nurses and staff provided me....

If you are thinking of using this pharmacy I would reconsider. I am a transplant patient. This pharmacy sent me the completely wrong immunosuppressant. When I called to find out what happened they told me they made a mistake and would wait for me to make it over before closing. I got there 4 minutes after their closing time and everyone was gone. Now I’m left without the medication that keeps me from going into complete organ failure. This is careless at best and reckless disregard for the lives of the people they should be caring for. I will be removing all of my medications from this pharmacy immediately. If you care about yourself or your loved ones -...

Lovely placer like no other, if not happy witg it go back to whatever country your from. Only here in The U.S is where People scream and cry but about their country where they do not say anything nor cry or scream but rather to jump on the water and be eaten by sharks rather than protesting crying and screaming as they so here in the U.S where everything is given to certain people from an island without even contributing nor paying one day of taxes in this country.
