Where do i even begin. Went here at about 1:30 yesterday for a quick lunch otw to the airport. What an absolute mistake. As you see in the comments, there is no human ordering, have to use the tablet. Fine, we used it but we need to pay cash. As you know, places wont begin to prep the order until you pay so we stood up at the counter waiting...... waiting....waiting....waiting....literally about 10 mins go by. We see the workers, as you can see into the kitchen area... they see us waiting....and nothing. Yes there was a line at drive through but not once did the man look over and acknowledge us... Weird, right? After 10 minutes we began to say " Hello?" ...very politely. Even "excuse me, hi, sorry, hello"...nothing worked. We began to call to them louder and louder and finally a woman looked up and shouted at the top of her lungs to us " There is one person on cash", and she began to shout about us in Spanish to her colleagues. ( I dont know spanish but the little I do know, I heard some very mean things) We later found out that this was the manager ............ We see a man walking that looked like he was about to help us but the manager lady stopped him and then he turned right around. Anyways, after another 10 minutes of waiting, my dad getting annoyed now asks a staff member who was working on the line and she was like " Ok one moment", and she comes and assists ( Again, weird, as she was there all along.)
Anyway, food comes. It is Taco bell so it is what you expect - although a couple of our tacos actually fell out in the bag, so coincidence? Or not? I dont know.. but that has never happened.
ANYWAY, if we werent already annoyed...we see a man shows up and goes behind the counter. Guess who that was? FLORIDA PEST CONTROL. At 1:30 PM on a Tuesday, Pest control begins walking through the restaurant. HE BEGINS SPRAYING PESTICIDE INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. RIGHT BESIDE WHERE WE WERE EATING.. People, I wish i was making this up. This was horrific. I have attached the pics i took of his van. I was too startled to take pics of the pest guy in the restaurant but you can see him walking from it with the spray . You can also see another man spraying on the outside of the restaurant aswell. Look, Taco Bell is fire at times, but do not risk your health or your sanity going...

I went to taco Bell around 5:00 p.m. today and the first thing I see is the drive-thru attendant telling the customer in front of us to move forward stop and then move back again to reset the timer. When placing the order I was very clear on what I wanted however, when you received the order we realized that they failed to add sour cream to the order. When me and my wife went back to tell them that they forgot to put the sour cream both the girl and the manager looked inside and said that the sour cream was at the bottom of the taco however, when we opened the taco itself and pulled everything to the side there was no sour cream. The girl at the window had the worst attitude and employee can have when dealing with customers. She was super rude, she had on a face that anybody would be displeased when being greeted which she didn't even do. I don't understand what type of customer service you guys train your employees to have. I also don't understand what type of training you give to your employees when it comes to making food. This place needs to be managed and or all the employees need to be changed because I'm sorry, this is by far the worst experience I've had...
