KFC — Restaurant in Miami

I have to give this KFC a number 1 in reviews because I wen there this afternoon and I was totally disappointed. I had been to this location once before and found it to be more welcoming than this afternoon. The place was completely filthy and dirty,on top of this I asked a worker there at this location to please assist me in cleaning a table there were more than 4 tables empty and completely dirty and she simply told me very calmly if I wanted napkins to clean the table. I completely stayed stunned at the response the only other place for me to sit was the floor and that too was completely filthy. I asked her again and she then again said the same response and then I guess the young lady Ms. Miriam that assisted me with my order sent a young man to clean the table. I stayed completely surprised at the lack of customer service that are T some of these locations, on top of this for it to be an eatery and not maintained periodically during the day and not have your locations filthy thia is unacceptable. I think that Management and Leadership should be more conscious to the fact that this is a restaurant that is suppose to produce but also be aware of the fact that at the same token be clean and not unsanitary where it come become a health hazard to the customers and this is a point for all the locations to maybe practice a little more cleanliness through out your locations. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I usually never leave reviews, but this KFC management is extremely incompetent I waited at the drive thru speaker for over 15min on a Friday night around 11pm with only two cars in front of me, I was so upset I ended up leaving when no one would help me. The following day which was Saturday around 9:30pm I attempted to again order through the drive thru and after waiting for over 5min I decided to get off. To my surprise when I walked up to the lobby door they were closed and said to go through the drive thru when it clearly stated on the door hours that they did not close the lobby until 11pm at this point I was fuming because I could not believe they were closing when there were people inside eating and it was no where near closing time. I decided to call the area manager who's number was on the door and as soon as the store manager saw me he asked one of the employees to reopen. At this point I refused to go inside because I understood the only reason they reopened was because they knew I was calling the area manager. Please DO NOT go to this KFC or you will be disappointed! Idk if I already posted a review about this location. i just hope that this message gets to corporate because the store needs some good management. The window lady is horrible. Her customer service is at a very low level. She will call you by "mima" or "mama" or "papo". She will tell you to wait a second through the speaker; will wait 10 whole minutes for her to get back to you. After 3 minutes waiting if you say ma'am she will definitely get mad and her attitude will change. The drive through lane is always larger than a line to enter a fair...... She never get the order right. I ordered 2 large gravy... instead she gave me 2 small gravy but charged for a lrge size and when I asked her why she said "the size changed; now this is a large"..... I went to the Hialeah location and ordered 2 large gravy. Guess what; I got 2 large gravy.... on the drive through speaker there is a paper that says that due to staff shortage they dont have all the items on the menu available. I still dont know what a shortage of staff has to do with the menu... but oh well.... Conclusion. Please avoid at all cost going to this...
