Wendy's — Restaurant in Miami

I ordered through doordash on the 14th my order came to 22.37 and about 19.78 before taxes fees. When I got my order the receipt said total was 16.17 and was totally wrong. The fries were cold as well as the nuggets with the meal. Door dash acts oblivious because I've obviously contacted them about missing items or wrong order. This receipt differance I blame on the employees which obviously I'm going to assume different then the perfect order recieved through doordash the week before. Someone is obviously ringing up and pocketing the differance by themselves or with the driver and then sending the wrong order out intentionally. In fact how does four items that typically show up the same way on the app on reciept that arrives, become 8 items [it's actually was a total of 7 items].

In other words I don't suggest this location in my reviews of establishments I've gone to or had delivery from. If this is the differance of service in...

On Sunday 11/21/2021 at 7:20pm we got to the drive thru with no one else in line and we were there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order but nobody responded. I called the store nobody answered. After we drove to the front window to see if anyone was there someone came telling us we had to go back to the drive thru speaker because he couldn’t take the order at the window. When we reversed back to the drive thru we noticed there were now 3 cars in line and one was already placing an order behind us. We went back to the window and explained this to the guy but he refused to take our order and said we had to go all the way back and now wait behind the other cars even though we were there first and it was their fault nobody was present to take our order. The store was dead inside so they weren’t helping out other customers either. We just drove off and left. Now I see why KFC always has more...

This is a beautiful new location right on SW 8th street in Miami. The service was fair the menu is good and all at a great price. The restroom was clean and has handicapped access. My problem with this location is the air conditioning system. There are huge pipe like a/c vents hanging from the ceiling. There is not one table in the dining room that dose not have ice cold air blowing down on your meal. The food was not that hot to begin with and after two minutes of that a/c my entire meal was ice cold. I hate to think it's being done deliberately in order to keep people from camping out in the dining room. Other restaurants have a TV and a couch I don't think that is the case. Maybe this is Wendy's reaction to Covid19 get your food and get out. All in all a cool location no pun interested.
