This is just how I wanted to spend my afternoon...Writing a review! I decided to go to this Wendy's drive-thru today, January 23, 2025 at 2:59pm. After listening to the automated voice, would you like to have.. blah blah blah. I had to ask if the order taker was there because she didn't say anything. I made my order and before i could ask for no tomato, she asks if I want a single or double. PAY attention as I ordered a #1 (single) (I also didn't say that to her). I pull up and pay. Then in English (which I speak, but could hardly understand her) she says pull forward, and I'll bring your food out. (Not please pull up). She finally comes out, looks at me and says did you order the following (I just saw you, you cannot remember the order that you were bringing out?) Also, I could barely understand her yet again. I asked for a receipt, and she looks right at me, and says "I got you", winks at me and says I'll be right back. Of course, sitting for a minute, I notice the car behind me paying for the food, and clearly she is not returning to me with my receipt. I get out (inconvenienced) and go into the store. Surprise, surprise, there is no one at the registers. Finally (as my food is just getting colder and colder), I call out "Excuse me, anyone" Finally she is sorry, I am sorry poppy, I forgot! Of course you did, I mean it had only been seconds from when you said I'll be right back, to the time it took you to walk to the register!
Ridiculous service!!! Maybe, give the receipt when people pay! Absolutely the worst drive thru experience, and clearly no one there really gives a S---! Read moreI ordered a double stack with extra onions add lettuce four for four, with a tropical lemonade, a double stacker add extra onions and lettuce, with honey mustard. I pay and get my food and drive off.
Now what I got was everything cold. Ice cold. My tropical lemonade was barely full and warm. But that wasn't the kicker. On one of my sandwiches only had half a patty on the bottom half of my sandwich. So I returned back to the store. And begin to tell the employee at the window what was wrong with all of my food including my drink.
Then I'm told that they're closing and they don't have food and drinks, to replace my order. At 2:50am And they would just give me what they got. Which turned out to be a single that was made wrong still. and spicy nuggets. I can't eat spicy food nor did I order any spicy food. Not to mention that does not replace nowhere near the dollar amount that I spent on the food.
And that's right! You guessed it. My food was still iced cold. I just threw everything away. I will never go to this location again. I asked the employee at the window if he was the manager and he said no. Nor did a manager come to the window to mediate the situation. I was not giving a receipt . But however I made my purchase with my debit card. So there's a paper trail of this transaction. This isn't the first time I visited this location and have not gotten a receipt. I am convinced that the managers are incompetent and poorly trained. As a result they train the other employees poorly. This location is clearly poorly ran. I nor my employees won't be a patron at any Wendy's in this district.
I see online this location has very bad reviews. Along with not paying their employees. I wish I had have known this before I patroned this...
Read moreThis Wendy's has the lowest customer service experience of any Wendy's I've ever been to In the whole country. Octavia, the primary staff member, was a particularly bad apple. She cut me off multiple times, was bossy, and offered no greeting whatsoever. I had no clue if she was taking my order or not. I started the order and midway she rudely cut me off and said she didn't get anything, but even then I had to ask for clarification multiple times (was she there or was she taking my order??) Then she disappeared again. Then rushed me through the entire order and cut me off multiple times to go to the next window when we weren't done ordering. Then when we got our order she gave us he wrong sauce (that we didn't get to order because she wouldn't listen). Then she made us go through our bag and pull out all the BBQ sauce before she would give us new sauce. Why so stingy? The order was incorrect. We asked for a 6 piece and two 4 piece chicken nuggets. We received a 10 and a 3. Which was not cost efficient or what we asked for. We went back in the store and it was an absolute joke. They would not correct the mistake and made zero sense, instead they opted for loud arguing, despite admitting that the receipt and our order were not congruent. It was so frustrating we just left because the employees had the worst manners on the planet & were incredibly argumentative. It was like arguing with an inanimate object. If I owned a business I would never employ any of them because it would ruin my brand and image, I'd be mortified.
