Unfortunately the quality of the products have changed. We purchased cachitos and the products were rotten. We called to exchange them and we never got a response. Nonetheless, we gave a second chance and we purchased empanadas and the same thing. The cheese was not good. I would no longer recommend this place...

Es triste que pierdan un cliente, tengo más 3 años comprando y solo por $0.2 centavos no me vendieron por el punto, puedo entender que hay normas de empresas pero con clientes que sobre todo son recurrentes se puede ser flexible, y la cajera solo me dijo: si por $.02 cent, ni si quiera pudo ofrecer una solución, deberían tomar medidas necesarias para que esta situación no se repita con otros clientes...Muy decepcionado

Is very sad they loose a client for more than 3 years buying your products, for just $.02 cents they will not selling using your credit card is you purchase is bellow $5 dóllars ( I was buying some stuff for $4,98...) , I can understand the rules and policy's for your company, but for a recurrent customer??, is very sad this situation for $02 cents, but I will make sure people read this so they be aware this situation not...
