I work at fast food as a closing manager. I get it with the late night orders. I came literally about a whole hour before close. I had gotten off of a really bad shift myself and already having a bad day. But I was literally the only one in line. There was this guy with curly hair who took my order. He was friendly and I appreciate that. But when he went to take my order, I said I wanted a number 1 meal as a double. This man asked me what I wanted to drink with that. I said I wanted a Dr Pepper. He asked if that was all and I said I wanted a Gyro without onions. I got to the window and I am handed my Dr Pepper and just my gyro and he said it was made fresh. Again thank you. But then I asked about my number 1 meal and he said he didn't hear that. And when he rang it in, he only rang me in for the sandwich. So I'm just sitting here and I'm trying to be patient. And I asked this guy if a meal came with a fry and he said yes and just looked at me. Now here I feel like a jerk because I angrily said, "Nevermind" and floored it out of there. I had to get out of there because that was the straw that broke the camel's back for me today and I was about to lose it. I wish I could tell the guy I'm sorry, because again he was really friendly. But I really shouldn't have to order all of my items separately in multiple orders. My food was simple. Messing up that much over a simple order is rediculous. And I'm paying more that way. I literally felt stupid sitting there trying to get all of my food and I didn't even get it all because if I placed another order for a fry I would have overpaid, if I didn't I overpay already. I wouldn't know if I did. I was not handed any of my receipts. I just know that I paid about $16 or $17 total. I just drove right back to McDonald's and ordered my sister's fries and explained to her that I couldn't get her...
Read morePretty bad but not the worst I've ever experienced. The food is decent, it's not fresh, never is regardless of the time of day, but it's not bad. It's always warm and Arby's just tends to have good products. However, On the location specifics, there's not much good I can say about it. The service is unhelpful, I've gotten several orders wrong before and there's always a wait. Today we waited for nearly 10 minutes on our food and another couple of customers were there when we showed up, they didn't get theirs until we got ours, and it turned out, theirs had been ready for a while already before anyone noticed. It's not the first time I've had to wait a long time either, once I had to wait for nearly 25 minutes for a Roast Beef Sandwich and a Chicken Sandwich. They're never very busy and the most customers I've ever seen is about 2 or 3 tables counting myself. Even when they're not busy or when they are swamped, the workers are nearly never at the counter and you have to wait for them to notice you to take your order, then they go back to the kitchen/back area and aren't to be seen for another 10 minutes. I haven't experienced it myself but I've heard from former workers that their Bathroom is in terrible condition and that the basement area floods a lot and is full of mold, which is honestly disgusting for any restaurant, fast food or not. The only good experiences I've had with the staff coming here is when I've went through the Drive Through. They're always quick and on-time, but tend to ignore the Dine-In customers. I'd have to rate them 2 Stars for Decent Food but I can't really say much else...
Read moreFrom an insider's point of view: The manager is an awful person who mistreats his employees and then tries to guilt trip them into staying when they try to quit. He allows theft to run rampant throughout the store. Keeps rusted utensils in the store and hides them away for inspections. Will wash out used cups that people have thrown away as well as plastic containers used for things like salads and potatoes; won't even use soap, just rinses them out with water and puts them back. He's cheap so he can keep his bonus check, refuses to buy better equipment so employees can do their jobs correctly and efficiently. The manager is lazy and rarely helps unless an inspection is around. Will save food that should have been thrown out and then will try and resell it, or sell an item long after it's supposed to be taken off the menu, even when something was recalled or supposed to be discarded. Manager fails to do his job. Building needs to be remodeled, there is a hole that sits above the slicer that needs to be fixed because when it rains, it leaks near the slicer, and that water runs from the roof, through the duct work and then through a vent that was placed to cover it up. Headsets are constantly breaking and aren't replaced, meaning employees can't do their jobs efficiently. Refuses to turn the AC on when it's hot outside, causing employees to overheat in the back where it can get up to 90 degrees in the summer time when it's 80-90 degrees outside. Ceiling in the hallway to the bathrooms need to be replaced, have yet to be done, risking injury...
