Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Miamisburg

I've spent far more money on Domino's over the years than I care to admit. This store performs excellent, and whenever I pick up in store, they are always friendly, and the pizza is nice and hot. Online estimates are extremely accurate. Overall, incredible Domino's branch.

An update since it's been about a year: The website rarely lets me leave stars other than rating the website, which is always a terrible rating for the website and how well I can use it. The store on the other hand, is still phenomenal. Places an order at 1:55AM because I lost track of time and have some family and friends over as a third shift worker. All three pizzas are perfect, made insanely fast, and had the option for the driver to just leave the pizzas at the door. I wish everyone else from other companies would realize I have a smart doorbell to ring. Thank you, and I wish I had opted in for a bigger than 20% tip. I know I'm just down the road, but it is the holidays and this was a last minute order. Thank you guys for still deserving a rating higher than the five stars I...

My husband and I have been ordering from this location for the past 2 years. They used to be amazing. Fast delivery, great food. Not anymore.

The last 2x we have ordered from them the same delivery guy has left without delivering our food. Last time he said he knocked on the door but no one answered. ( My husband was standing near our door with the door open, so not true at all.) The second time he tried to call but we didn’t hear the phone... but he never came up to our door or rang the bell. Then when I did get ahold of him he was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Twice.

Then when I called the store, they said there was no apartment number for our house (we live in a 4 unit condo). Check online in our profile... apartment number was there.

Seriously never had any problems until the last 2 months. Probably will never order...

I ordered a pizza and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Generally, the sandwich is awesome. This time, it was horrible. I ordered it on July 10th late that evening and had to leave town very early the next morning so I was not able to go back into the store until 10 days later to make my complaint. They said it had been too long and that there was nothing they could do about it. I don't really want to make an issue about them not giving me a credit after 10:00 or 11 days even though I took the entire sandwich back in and had proof of the order. But it's just the fact that the sandwich had about three little drops of meat on the entire thing and tasted horrible. Again, it is usually a good sandwich but just was not on that...
