I try to give people/places benefits of the doubt so I’ve sat on many different incidences, but in the evenings, this place is awful. One evening I was headed there to pick my child up and someone was driving aggressively behind me most of the way there and following too closely, this vehicle followed me in the parking lot where there was already a vehicle stopped in the roadway allowing an employee to get out, I stopped behind them and patiently waited, worried about the vehicle that followed me in, only for them to proceed to blare their horn at me. I immediately pulled into a handicap spot to get out of their way, only for them to park and get out running their mouth about how I stopped in the middle of their way, and me realizing that this was an employee showing up to her shift! How unprofessional to treat potential costumers pulling into your place of employment. Even the other employees standing there were shocked and explained that I was waiting on them and their vehicle. She proceeded to act cocky and tough and laughed like it was funny! This was a middle aged women as well, NOT a child. Then last night another night shift employee was rude in the drive thru. I used points for a free sandwich for my young son and didn’t have money on me, she proceeded to tell me the cost and to pull around. When I arrived at the window and asked why there was a charge due to me using points she told me my code was expired (not sure why that wasn’t made aware to me at the speaker) but no biggie, I simply asked if I could try to regenerate another code, she visibly and without hiding her irritation began huffing and puffing rudely, throwing her head back, explaining that if it’s the same code it will do the same thing. Acting like I was a waste of her time. I explained that I was trying to pull up a new code and that I didn’t have money on me. She had some rude reply to that as well, basically trying to get me to just pay, and I said my kids were hungry and I don’t have money and I’m using the points for a reason- she sharply snapped back with something that sounded beyond unsympathetic about not being able to help me with that, to which I said, I’m not trying to give you a hard time, I’m simply explaining why I need my code. Then she got even more mad when I gave her a new code to try. After trying the new code and it also not working and only on THEIR end, as she could see it was working fine on mine, she rudely told me it was expired again and would be $2.39! I said ‘as I said I have no money so I guess I don’t need the sandwich’ to which she yelled at me to have a great night and slammed the window shut! Then the hiring manager/evening manager woman- her attitude is beyond unprofessional. I have had two children apply here, my eldest, autistic, got hired and got screamed at by management on her second or third day for making a simple mistake. My second oldest child, who upon calling at the time he was asked to call, then proceeded to have to keep calling over and over for more than an hour in the middle of the week to try to reach the manager, and when talking to the same rude, unprofessional manager who screamed at my first child, then got an attitude because my second child’s call lost connection and he had to call back, then asked when he could work and he informed her he was available every day of the week other than Saturdays and she proceeded to tell him that’s the ONLY day she needs help so if he couldn’t work Sat then she didn’t need him…. yet it took her over an hour to have the ability to even answer the phone mid week, and we see how slow they are in the evenings so, come on. There’s also a male manager of some kind we have heard raising his voice at employees which is so uncomfortable and again, unprofessional. I’ve heard wonderful things about breakfast and lunch time hours, but dinner and late night hours seem to be the most unprofessional of staff and poorly managed all together. And the food at that time is also poor as well. We may be just one family, but we are one family whose business...
Read moreIf I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I received only my drinks and cookies (see picture for order) and I ordered 10 items total! So less than half my order was received so naturally I called the location and asked if they could see if my order was prepared correctly. The lady in the phone then said “Uh we prepare all our orders correctly.” For one, the “confidence” in her response is immediately a red flag! I’ve gotten 3 pass orders that weren’t correct, so hmmm. Lie. So I told her that I received multiple orders from that location that were not correct. I then said “Do you think if I give you my order number you could tell me if my order was prepared and sent out correctly?” Not to mention that the tote of cookies I ordered comes with 13 cookies and I received 10! But she then said “Yeah no we can’t look at past orders”. Again a LIE. I’ve worked togo with doordash and you definitely can look. And that is exactly what I told her. She then proceeded to tell me that the tablet screen is “broken” and she can’t access anything. Like what!!? If the screen is not working how can you take orders? At this point I’m extremely frustrated and asked if I could speak to a manger. She said with an ugly attitude “I AM the manager” I instantly knew that this McDonald’s is terribly ran and needs to be evaluated by their corporate offices. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I hope corporate sees this and actually does something about it. Just because it’s McDonald’s does not give them an excuse for them to act disrespectful and treat their...
Read moreThis McDonald's is notorious for shorting you on your order. I took my son to this McDonald's two days in a row, the first day he ordered two double cheeseburgers extra onion extra mustard and ketchup and shredded lettuce and they ended up putting extra pickles and no shredded lettuce on one... The second day we go there we have to repeat our order 2x SLOWLY because the young man obviously couldn't understand our order...and the order was one cheeseburger, one double hamburger extra everything and shredded lettuce, and a double cheeseburger extra onion mustard and ketchup and shredded lettuce... We drive all the way home four miles...and the double hamburger with extra everything and shredded cheese is a single hamburger extra everything etc.. and the hamburgers are cold... These type of things have happened in the past with this same McDonald's... And the McDonald's up on the corner of kingsridge drive and springboro Pike...I guess when you don't give adequate training to your employees and don't pay them enough they don't work hard enough or feel proud enough about their job... To be honest with you most of time when I get food at McDonald's it's not fresh it's usually been sitting under a heat lamp...and only maybe 25% of the time and french fries are fresh McDonald's french fries are great when they are 100% fresh... But anyway unless you're trying to save a buck I would try going to Wendy's or Hardee's or Arby's or steak and shake or Burger King and try to avoid McDonald's unless you want to be coming back after being shorted on...
