Placed an Online Order, Received a text Message stating my Order was Ready to be Picked up. When I walked in to the Store, this Location, On Franklin Street & Greenwood Ave. there was a Line of 8 People waiting to be helped/assisted by a Dominos Employee. I stood in Line for 10 Minutes and Still NO Dominos Employee had come to the Counter to Assist ANY of us Customers. There were 5 Employees working, making pizza’s, putting boxes together and what not YET NONE of them could be bothered to help the Customers who are Waiting in their Store, to either Pick up or Place an Order. After 14 MINS. of standing there and NO ONE helping ANY of Us Customers, I Politely asked the “Manager” if it would be possible if one of them could please help us at the counter. He said Absolutely Nothing to me, he ONLY Looked Away and resumed making the pizza he was working on when I spoke to him. An employee who was putting boxes together was nice enough to come to the counter and wait on us BUT had a bad / negative attitude the entire time. When I got home with my Food & Drinks, I noticed one of my Pizza’s was VERY Over Cooked, Burnt Almost and none of my kids would eat it. The Cinnamon Twist were Hard as a Rock and we did not get the icing for them either. I ordered a 2 Liter of Coke but was Informed when I picked up my order that they did Not have any coke, the Only 2 Liters they had left was Diet per the employee “well your only option tonight is a 2 Liter of Diet”. I will NEVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN and I will NOT Refer Nor give ANY good feed back for THIS LOCATION. The Amount of MONEY that I have WASTED at This LOCATION is Ridiculous! I have NEVER been compensated for ANY Mistakes (AND there has Been MANY MANY MISTAKES) this store has Made, ie… Burnt / Over Cooked Food; Received an Order that was NOT Mine; Missing Items in my Order & Rude Employees at THIS DOMINOS STORE. Read moreI was told to call the store and let them know I needed my 2 liter refunded to my account upon doing so I had a employee answer the phone and leave it on the counter where I then heard the employees say don't answer that let it ring now mind you I was recording my call so I also listened to that phone ring for 16 minutes before someone finally answered it upon getting frustrated with listening to dominos talk for 30 minutes while my call lay on the counter I got fed up and drove to the location upon enter the location I informed the employees I had a simple issue that could be resolved and now I'm ticked because I'd now been on the phone for 40 minutes listening to them ignore customers! when I presented this information along with the phone number I was told that's not us it this dominos down the street they didn't know I was also recording the interaction I had with them as my phone records the mic communication too so I drove to the other dominos and asked if they delivered to my address tonight and they showed me their receipts they weren't even the same! upon wasting my gas mind you I still had my phone in call with the phone they left on the counter for me to hear at the other store! upon al this info I was give a number to call and when I called and tried to verify the person I was talking to I was thusly hung up on. I wished the other employees at the wrong dominos a good night and went back to the first dominos where my delivery driver was making a pizza who also said she was the manager for the night! when I told her the issues I had that ticked me off she gave me a look and giggled then asked if I just wanted to grab the 2 liter they had told me they didn't have. one of the employees had also stated that they didn't have ppl to answer the phone but if they was the case why do I have a recording of them answering the phone after letting it ring for 15 minutes and of a male employee saying don't answer that let it ring? Read moreThis one star comes because of years of bad service and I am sick of paying money for food to show up nasty, missing items or just no order showing up at all! Just ordered two chicken Alfredo pasta dishes and two orders of garlic bread twist. The chicken Alfredo is basically you paying for a baby size helping. In pic one of Alfredo you can see the bottom of pan all throughout the pan before touching the food, pic two of Alfredo you see bacon. I had bits of bacon throughout Alfredo. Only 3 pieces of chicken total throughout pan! What exactly am I paying for? The last pic is instead of the garlic bread twist that I ordered I was sent dessert! Cinnamon bread twist! Dealing with Domino’s has been nothing but placing orders and 90% of the time we get half the order or missing our pops each time, no dipping sauces that WE PAYED FOR! Ordered salads that we had to toss one night because they arrived with no dressing. The orders are ALWAYS incorrect or missing something or the food is plain disgusting, sloppy or burnt!
