In my opinion, most orders to dominos happen for one of three reasons - They're fairly quick. They are fairly inexpensive The customer is fairly inebriated and doesn't feel like going to acme for Elios pizza. Nobody orders because it's "good food", some of the chemical compounds might not even be considered food. It's just fast and convenient, there are plenty of other food options in Cape May court house that may take slightly longer. That being said, my best advice would be to TIP THE DRIVER IN CASH, not on a card, so you can adjust the tip or rescind it completely if they pull shenanigans.
My family ordered dominos one afternoon, needing something quick and cheap since we had to be at scheduled appointments later. We ordered two Brooklyn style pizzas and one hand tossed for delivery via the dominos app. The app said 25-35 minutes for delivery, which was acceptable. Forty minutes later, the app suddenly notified us that the pizzas had been "delivered". But they weren't. After an hour, we called the store and asked about our order, we were told the driver was already out with it. She showed up ten minutes later, and dominos is only 6 minutes away. So, when the driver finally showed up it had been an hour and ten minutes, and she said "I hope you haven't been waiting too long". If anyone knew EXACTLY how long we were waiting, it would be the delivery driver. I figured she was just being sarcastic, and wished I didn't already tip the driver $5 at order with a credit card. Ending - pizza was smashed, cold, and two hand tossed, one Brooklyn style. The order was muffed, late, and unapologetic. It just isn't worth it to...
Read moreThe staff is uneducated in customer service and the manager is just as inadequate. This is from 4/8/24 at 10:30pm. We ordered delivery and while it’s understandable that the delivery driver could not give change our $100, we offered to follow him to the store in order to do so. His response was they won’t do it either. So we called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and short spoken. She said they do not like to take $50 or $100. We offered to make a stop in order to get smaller change at a store or gas station. This would take time and we did not want cold food. The food already waited to be delivered, made its way back to the store, and sat there. It would have to sit there longer while we got our change. We asked nicely for a fresh order. As our oven is broken at home and cannot warm it up later. She refused to remake any of the order stating that it was hot enough. We work it the restaurant business. This is unacceptable customer service. We tried to be reasonable. We will be taking this to corporate. And it’s regrettable that all that food went to waste. Poor business management. Also. The delivery boy stated rudely that the cash rule is on their front door. We only order online. It’s not stated on their website. Unfortunately the staff is not trained in these things. This was the Cape May Court...
Read moreThis Dominos kills it every time. During this pandemic everyone's 'contactless' delivery has always resulted in us having to meet them outside the wrong door of our house and physically take our food. Dominos delivery follows our requests, makes the delivery, and even prior to this new change has always wished us a great night and been extremely personable. Even from afar! Honestly speaking Dominos food is Dominos. You know what you're getting, but the Blonde woman who knows our dog, the tall guy who waves to us, and Mary who on the pizza tracker is ALWAYS the one quality checking our order make this particular store worth utilizing for delivery. Stay safe and please keep rocking it guys. We're incredibly grateful for you. All of us at the Bee Farm especially...
