Drive thru team member at 2nd window was so rude. Wouldn't make eye contact, mumbled and got mad when we asked for splenda that was supposed to be put in the unsweetened tea as we asked for when ordered. No big deal to us, we figured they just forgot. Well when we asked for the Splenda the employee looked like we were asking for a million dollars!! Lol and then said we did put it in the tea, uh huh, yes we did. Like a little kid fighting with his parents ( uh huh and yes we did?) We then nicely just said it just seems to not taste like there is any in there ( mind you, still waiting on a few packets) He then walked away from the window and came back and said " Here, here ya go....the Splenda you supposedly never got in your tea!" Tossing it into my hand. I said thank you and he ignored me, so I said it again and realized we weren't given our straws or my granddaughters cheeseburger(plain, just with cheese) lol. At this point I was ready to take the loss and not even have to tell him we were still waiting on that, but then I thought, no I'm not going to allow someone who is obviously either possibly having a bad day or lord knows what, make me feel intimidated, as I was very kind to him the entire time. I always think you never know what someone may be going through, struggling with or a many other possibilities. I do believe that no one wakes up and says I think I will be a nasty person today or become something that could destroy my life and be a criminal, addict...etc. NO ONE AT ALL HAS THOSE LIFE GOALS. NO ONE JUMPS UP ON A SUNDAY MORNING AND SAYS, TODAY WOULD BE A GREAT DAY TO BECOME AN ADDICT. I know I really went on and on, but I did this because were all human and not perfect. Maybe he has things happening at home or struggles with anxiety, so that is why I kept my cool. I do hope that whatever it may have been to make him feel agitated or upset is not the way he thinks life will always be. Especially with him so young. But SHAME ON MANAGEMENT as they were standing right next too him the...
Read moreMultiple times dissatisfied. You're gonna wanna go in this location. They will either forget something or give you something completely different, so stay and make sure everything is correct before leaving. Today I got iced coffees to get home and realize no straws in my bag, I don't keep straws at home so I guess I'm sipping this icy frappe. The last time i went here it was a totally wrong sandwich (paid for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 3 hashbrowns, I got 2 tiny burritos and 1 hash brown) I'd called and requested a refund too, because I was already home, and was told to come back tomorrow for a free meal, but I was given no receipt so i didnt have anything to show. i just wanted a refund at this point. I didn't feel comfortable demanding a free meal (which was less than I would've been refunded) but no other options were offered. So I just took the losses and...
Read moreIn my experience, this is always the best McDonald's franchise in the tri-county (Atlantic/Cumberland/CapeMay) area. I've never been there when there wasn't an adequate number of pleasant staff to quickly and competently provide service to any number of patrons; my order has always been correct and promptly prepared, and presented in a superior condition compared to other McDs I frequent (don't you hate having to empty a box of mixed-up sandwich ingredients onto a work surface in order to make yourself the sandwich you ordered? That's never in over 20yrs happened to me at CMCH). The place is always clean inside and out; I have witnessed more than once a manager policing for trash outside. As far as I'm concerned, this location is the MickeyD's by which all others are to be judged; and, NO, I couldn't name the owner or any manager if my child's life...
