Read moreNow let me tell you, if this was in NJ, we wouldn’t accept this. I don’t want to be harsh writing this but there was MANY flaws when my friend who lives locally took us here to eat. 1) communication here must be awful because getting our drinks to food was ALL over the place. We order our drinks and got our food ordered with an app, everything seems alright until it slowly started to fall. So we have the app pizza that comes out before our drinks somehow by some other person who didn’t know what they were doing so they just said “uh pizza?” And we just had to assume what it was when he put it down. Then we happen to get our drinks right after which is always weird at a restaurant, that’s just unacceptable. I work at a 4+ star restaurant with basic food cooking and was surprise how badly they put out our food. We had 3 people sitting, and my food came out first, and that’s it, then another 15 mins my girlfriend gets her meal (which happen to be made wrong and without the ricotta cheese which IS the pizza meal... crazy) and our local friend didn’t get her meal for another 15 mins. Why did they serve 3 people dishes at different times equals bad kitchen, from my experience. 2) the food was edible, but portions were bad, I got shrimp scampi pizza and it’s just shrimp here, big tomato pieces here, not even portion at all, just sloppy. I gotta say Mass. is a beautiful area when I come up, but I rather prefer my NJ food any day of the week compare to this. I spent $80 at a red lobster and that’s a chain place and it was INSANELY better then $80 I spent here.. Work smarter, communicate better, this place as...
Read moreI am a bit disappointed, as we go to this establishment almost every weekend and spend upwards of $100 per visit. Yesterday, 3/27/21 I was taken out to dinner for my birthday (which is on the 29th) I ordered the 20 Oz ribeye, which is usually great. They brought all our food, and when I cut into my steak, it was literally all fat. I never even got one bite. Sent it back, the manager took almost 20 mins getting to us, and by then everyone else was annoyed and didn't want to finish their dinner either, and I was all set at that point. The manager was nice, apologetic, and removed the steak from the bill, to which I replied, I sure hope so, that steak should've never even been in this place, or ever served. It screwed up the entire birthday dinner, and they STILL brought us a $93 bill, less my steak. Seriously? The manager could've done better and knocked some of that off, because I never even got my dinner. It could've been easily avoided, had they not served me a giant piece of fat. I hate having to give a mediocre review over one bad experience, but like I said, it could've been avoided, and handled SO much better than it was. But we were left at the table for almost 20 mins before the Mgr came along. Far as I see it, that bill should've been cut down, or they should have acted a bit faster. Us sitting for almost 20 mins waiting on word about my dinner, was ridiculous. Will not return, simply because of the poor handling of the situation. That's over $100 every weekend, now will...
