Every single time I go to this Dunkin’ I have a horrible experience (I know it’s my fault for continuing to give them chances but it is directly next to my work). Whether it is getting a bacon and cheese wake up wrap when I order bacon egg no cheese or a completely incorrect coffee it feels like something is always wrong. Today I ordered a small ice coffee with oak milk mocha and shot of coconut (the same coffee I order here multiple times a week and multiple times a week I try a different variation of it but I have come to expect it will be wrong but still better than no coffee). I had to repeat my coffee order 3 times at the drive through and still it was given to me incorrectly but unlike the normal mess up the shot of coconut was an expresso shot which I can’t have because I am 8 months pregnant. After wasting my money here way too many times I decided to leave work and come back and politely ask for a new coffee made without the espresso. The guy wasn’t very apologetic but was nice and made me a new coffee. When I got out I noticed it wasn’t full which is a disappointment considering I get to have a measured amount of caffeine a day and upon taking the first sip tastes extremely strong making me feel like once again it has been made with expresso. There was no label on it so I don’t even know what he used to make it but I do know it doesn’t taste at all like what I ordered. I will not be asking for a 3rd coffee and finally will be breaking my ties with the toxic relationship I have with this Dunkin’ Donuts and I will not be returning. Read moreThe past 1-2 months whenever I get my coffee at the drive thru , it’s been awful, idk why but it’s never ever made correctly. In the morning, after I drop the kids off at school, and have my 2 littles with me, I have to use the drive thru for my own sanity, otherwise I’d go in. There’s a couple of girls at the window who are friendly enough, other than them, the customer service at the window sucks.The female manager who has remade my coffee inside multiple times is super nice and timely & has always made my coffee right. And a few of the workers who made or fixed my coffee INSIDE are great, but there are also a few who don’t say more than 3 words the entire time. The handful of times That I was that “jerk” who had them remake my coffee still sitting at the window... it still didn’t taste right, or even good at that!! I started going the extra mile ish to the dd by the rotary a while ago & they usually always get it right, but their customer service sucks.
Just wanted to add : my coffee is SUPER easy, it’s just a hot regular with a swirl. I know drive thru is busy in the am & sometimes super overwhelming, but it had not been made right ONCE the last handful of times I went through there, morning...
Read moreIt's sad. This location is more convenient for me and my wife but the quality of service and order accuracy is substantially lower than an acceptable average across the Dunkin brand. I've ordered two coffees on a slow afternoon only to have the entire order incorrect. I've sat in their drive through line and waited over 10 minutes for only two or three customers to be served... Eventually having to drive off as I didn't accommodate 15+ minutes to get a coffee. I've submitted orders on their on the go app and arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after only to find that none of the food or drink had been made (someone was actively dismissing the order alarm but not taking action on them). I don't blame the staff at this location, they are working hard. I blame the management and leadership for not recognizing and being honest with yourselves about the poor service your location is delivering and working to fix it.
