UPDATED: So 5 months ago I had a bad experience with them and they replied to my review that the would contact the store and follow up. A few days later I received a very generous gift card for Antonio's so I decided to give them another try. I have been back a few times since that initial bad experience and have had nothing but excellent experiences. I wanted up update my review to accurately reflect my most recent interactions with this location, must have been staffing issues but everything has been perfect the past few times I have been there. I definitely can say I recommend them!
So I will start by saying this review is specifically for the service at the location, not the food because the food was good. I placed an order for delivery at 2:07 on a Sunday, paid and they said it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes because of staffing and what not which I totally understand. I look at the clock at 3:55 (almost 2 hours after I ordered) and decided I should call to check in, I give them my phone number and they say there is not order which is not possible because I was already charged, I get put on hold and someone else tells me there is no order. After another hold the manager gets o and tells me I didn’t place the order until 3:08 which I told him was incorrect because I saw the charge come through on my card at 2:08, he then tells me it’s on its way and there’s nothing he can do. The food FINALLY arrived at 4:40 and when I looked at the receipt attached to the bag it said 2:07. So something was obviously messed up because it too over 2.5 hours to get our food. Honestly I could have forgiven that but they way the manager made me question the time I placed the order and very obviously lied about the order time rather than telling the truth and apologizing for the mix up is disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend...
Read morePizza absolutely tastes amazing. Antonio’s supreme pizza (I added the black olives) has always been my favorite supreme pizza out of all other pizza places. It is a little greasy but I don’t personally mind that. The pizza holds together really well so even though it is greasy the dough is so well made that it won’t fall apart. The toppings were put on equally as well. I love cheese and do not feel that more needs to be added. I also love how everything reaches the crust. One thing I dislike about pizza places is when I have a bunch of sauce gathering around the edges with zero toppings on it. When you take a bite you get to taste everything. They do not skimp out on making sure that every slice has all the toppings. The pizza was ready in under 13 minutes. That’s how long it took me to get there and I left to go pick it up right after I ordered online. The only two negatives for me is that first $30 dollars for one large pizza is really expensive. I did leave I believe a 20% tip I don’t remember specifically but it’s still pretty pricey for one pizza. Secondly the crust could be way better. The dough holds really well and tastes good with all the toppings but when you get to the crust it’s kind of hard and bland where I prefer a little more flavor and for it to be a little softer. Hopefully one day they will make this pizza and add stuffed crust. Presentation of the pizza was amazing and although I did not chat with the men working there they had my order ready for me and it was a speedy checkout. Overall, I am really happy...
Read moreEaten at Antonio's at other locations many years ago and was excited to have the new restaurant so close with delivery. Ordered delivery last night and was very disappointed. Service was prompt and staff was very nice but food quality was poor. We ordered two dinners. The chicken parmesan with rigatoni was ok but came with the cheese burnt black on the underside. Couldn't eat some of it. When ordering I asked what was in the chicken piccata and they said lemon but no capers. Deal breaker so I ordered the chicken marsala with rigatoni. They called me back 10 minutes later and said they only had enough rigatoni for one order and it would take a while to make more so they didn't want to delay the order. When we received it the chicken was so dry and overcooked it broke apart like cardboard, the mushrooms appeared canned and rubbery and the sauce had no depth of flavor. Barely tasted of Marsala and was the consistency of gravy from a jar. We didn't get any side parmesan and the spaghetti was barely covered with sauce. They did give a small side container of sauce but we were not sure which meal it went with. The salads and dressing were tasty as was the side of garlic toast. For the price, and with the salad being a la carte, it was not worth it . Olive Garden was far superior. The only thing going for it was the delivery. May give it another...
