I have been to this location many times as a student at the college and never had any issues. Itâs not the best DD ever but itâs in a gas station so thatâs to be expected.
I went today and ordered a medium cold brew with foam and âless iceâ (it was advertised as a $3 special) as well as a small black cold brew.
When I got to the window, the cost was $8.45. âHow could this be?â I asked, to which the lady at the counter (who Iâd never seen before but her name tag read âmanagerâ) responded that the âpromotion had endedâ and that sheâd âforgotten to take the sign downâ. Fair enough, Iâm not going to argue over a $1.50 cost difference but I would expect the manager of such an establishment to at least offer a one-time discount to make up for their very obvious oversight.
The real problem, however, concerns the coffee itself. As I alluded to earlier, Iâve been to this Dunkinâ (among others) countless times, and ordered at least a dozen cold brews with foam. Both coffees I ordered this time were very clearly not cold brew, but rather an old batch of watered down room temperature coffee passed off as such. Additionally, the medium coffee had a comically small amount of foam on top (easily less than a centimeter in height) while the small coffee had no ice in it whatsoever. By the time I delivered it, approximately 10 minutes after initially ordering, the coffee was warm.
In conclusion, I donât usually write Google reviews and Iâm definitely not picky when it comes to food, but this was probably the most pathetic attempt at coffee-related food service that Iâve...
Read moreCame by here Sunday and sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes just to order. They were only allowing one car thru the line at a time the line built up behind me till it was out on the street. When we pulled up to the window we proceeded to wait for 2 lattes a toasted bagle with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich for another 20 minutes we see the person working the hot line put a bag in the window. The lady working the drive thru had a line of customers and we see her just wiping down counters another 10 minutes go by until she comes to the window grabs the bag that had been sitting there getting cold in the window for the past 10 minutes we were told to have a good day but no apologies on the wait. So after an hour and 15 minutes we finally were out of the drive thru, but its not over there got back on the road and proceeded to open our food to find very tepid food and the toasted bagel wasn't toasted but for a second creamcheese was pouring out all over the bag. All in all this is the worst Dunkin i have ever been to in my life. It is as bad as the McDonald's that closed down in Ferrisburgh. Would not recommend going here just go to the store then go home make your own coffee and toast your own bagels and you will still be done faster than sitting thru this line for low quality food and service. DO NOT go here you have...
Read moreI have been here twice now using Dunkin's mobile order. Both times, I waited an additional 30-45 minutes for the order I had already paid for. If there were a way to cancel an order, I would have.
The second time I went, I was in the drive-through. After being told to drive up to the window, I then sat at the window for over 30 minutes. I could see my coffee sitting on the counter but didn't have a way to pull out of the drive-through to go inside. I ended up needing to literally knock on the window.
I got my coffee, which was an Americano, and they added sugar to it. It was cold as it had been sitting there for so long. I had ordered a doughnut, too, but was then told they were out of doughnuts and was offered nothing as a replacement. So, I ended up paying nearly $10 for a cold cup of coffee that wasn't what I ordered and waiting in the drive-through line for...
