Tuesday 2/21/23. Place an order for 2 dozen wings(buffalo/garlic) and a pepperoni n cheese and a meatloavers at 4:30pm for pickup at 7pm. They were not short staffed, they were not busy, and this was not a large or complicated order. I showed up at 7pm (again not busy, no long list of tickets for orders) to find out not only was the order not ready but they hadn't even made the pies yet. I waited there while 3 other pies were made and cooked before mine; knowing darn well these had not been place 2.5 hours prior like mine. I was offered a soda and not even an apology. Not ok. Having worked in the restaurant biz for years, this would have had me written up by my boss. My pies were finally put in the oven at 7:15 and we got home to find out they were only half cooked. Read moreBest pizza is Middlebury, without a doubt. The Sicilian-style pizzas are extremely good (love the thick crust and immense cheese portions). Prices are high but you do get great portions and fresh ingredients.
They sometimes are very busy which can prevent calls going through, and their hours have changed several times without much notice in the past few years. That said, they do have a Facebook that is regularly updated.
I have had most of their speciality pizzas and all are good. Their wings (maple balsamic are awesome) are also quite good, and they do offer salads for those looking to be healthier.

Being short staffed is one thing, but I don't understand why you can't schedule everyone to have the same days off so you're always open when you're listed to be.
