Tac-O' de Town — Restaurant in Middlebury

After much deliberation of where we were going to eat, we settled on Tac-O de Town. I ordered the Vegetarian Tots, my brother had a chicken quesadilla and my mother had a chicken burrito. All the food was absolutely fantastic! Great flavor, and sauces. Only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the chips and salsa are just grocery store chips in a little plastic bag and the salsa (which also tasted like salsa and a jar from the grocery store) left much...

I really wanted to like it, but the tacos and chips with salsa left lots to be desired for the high prices. Tacos were stuffed full of pale iceberg lettuce and roughly cut tomatoes, and were bland even with the canned jalapeños sprinkled on top. The chips were clearly tostitos and were sparse, sided with "salsa/pico" which tasted like store bought salsa from a jar mixed in with canned roasted red peppers (weird?) Anyway, will doubtfully...

Tried fir the first time today. The menu had a good variety their Chili was awesome. I had the Burrito and the wife had the soft Tacos they were very filling and the price was not that bad for the size of the Burrito. Both were fully loaded. Looked very clean on the inside and they were very polite and in this time of the virus they had plenty of room for social distancing. We will be coming...
