I ordered two Regular Roast Beefs and a large Curly Fries at the drive-thru. As I drove away I grabbed a Curly Fry and popped it in me gob and it wasn't even lukewarm. It was actually COLD AND STALE. I immediately went back and returned to the drive-thru where the male working it apologized and told me to pull around and would make me fresh ones. He IMMEDIATELY made it right AND asked if I would like anything else also in compensation and I told him it was not at all necessary. In no time my fries were handed to me with another apology and they were excellent. Then I parked and put my sauce on my roast beefs and THEY didn't taste quite right, either. I'm no stranger to Arby's and that just didn't taste right at all. Now, today, I'm feeling like total garbage in the stomach and another certain area. I don't know if it's because of Arby's but that's the only thing I ate yesterday, so, do the math. However, I cannot speak highly enough about the male working in the drive-thru. I don't know if he was a manager or what but he gave EXCELLENT service and was so friendly and courteous. Credit where it's due, right?! Read moreI was at the Arby's in middlefield ohio on 4/28/21 at around 3:40 p.m. I had driven a Amish lady and her children one of which is a 1 1/2 yrs old. The baby began crying upon placing the order through drive thru so bc we couldn't hear and Im sure your staff couldn't either the babies mother got her out of the back of the vehicle and held her on her lap upfront so we could place the order. Whenever we pulled up to the window and after the exchange of money and food a woman not working at the window yelled to us " where's the babies car seat? The babies mother responded "she's going in the back." And I then responded "in the back." As we pulled away this person yelled again Thank you !!! I will not be back to this place this person is rude,antagonistic and should not be in any type of work involving customer service. The last 3 times I have went there the woman taking my order would interrupt me while I was trying to order, literally asking me the exact question I was answering. Today I politely asked if they still had the orange creamcicle shakes. Her reply was to the effect of: If you look at the menu it is still on there, well, I looked all over their menu board and did not see it. I apologized, said I didn't see it and was telling her I would like one, and again the sarcasm was palpable, she said ... If you look on the menu it's right there. ... There was no picture of an orange shake to be seen. The make you feel that you are a burden to them and like I said... Rude. Their food is not very good either.
