The food is good...they do, in fact, have the meats. I cannot, however, go back to this location. I could not hear, let alone understand, the employee on the speaker when placing my order. When I pulled up to the window I still could not hear or understand the employee. I noticed he was wearing his mask over his mouth and not his nose. I blame him and management for this and for his breathing his toxic exhaust all over my food and drinks. I do not know how many other employees handling my food were not wearing their masks properly but what I did see concerns me greatly. With the political climate being what it is as well as the deplorable way many fast food restaurants treat their employees-to say nothing about many companies views of the LGBTQ community I have decided to not patronize so many of these places that it has become increasingly difficult to find a place I find acceptable. I pass 3 fast food places just to get to Arbys and now I have to pass them too. I know they might respond to this post with, "We're sorry you had a bad experience with..." I don't believe they actually care if they lose 1 customer and they could not care less about what is going on inside their own establishment. That's OK...I'll just drive to Culvers and wait in the line that always seems to go around the building and end somewhere in the street. It's worth the wait even if I have to pass a dozen fast food places just to get there. ...
Read moreI am a regular at the Middleton Arby’s. I always get jalapeno bites and extra bronco berry sauce. Until today, the employees are always fun and know I love the bronco berry sauce and give me plenty extra. Today I did a mobile order (like I often do) and order an 8 piece and two 5 piece jalapeno bites and when I asked to get extra bronco berry sauce an employee chimed in “I already gave her four”. I got a lot of jalapeno bites and I have worked at an Arby’s in the past and usually an 8 piece gets two sauces and a 5 piece gets one sauce. She gave me the normal minimum amount. She was mean and very unprofessional and honestly it was horrible customer service. Another worker gave me extra when I asked but the person who refused to give me my extra sauce (which, come on, it’s not that deep) wouldn’t even come around the corner to show her face. Read moreWent to arbys today the fish was gone so I decided to try the loaded fries with bacon and chicken , well I can't tell you what the taste like cause I had to toss the entire order in the garbage, the fries was curly not crinkle and they had to be yesterday fries recooked they was so brown and hard, I had a table spoon of cheese in the corner of the bowl not 1 drop of cheese on the fries, 3 pieces of chicken chunks ( I'm wondering was they short on chicken) and the bacon was hard as a rock .. I would've went back and complained but I work 20 min away so I wasted my lunch break and my money on food that was not edible, not to mention they asked me to pull behind the restaurant so I'm thinking ok my food will be fresh .
