Charlie's Roast Beef — Restaurant in Middleton

2nd time I came here. Food was good the first time but this time not so much… (sandwich not great and mac and cheese bites not good). This time staff were VERY unprofessional. Staff labtop on the table watching a soccer game as we entered… Woman taking orders was very rude. I asked for more napkins- got about 3… When we walked in, everyone and I mean EVERYONE (staff, cooks, etc) just stared at us while we ordered… so awkward and uncomfortable.

The woman who took our order literally was eating her wrap right in front of us in the corner…. Definitely young age group working and not taking job seriously which obviously affects me and my family trying to enjoy our meal!!!

Vibes were off. Rude/unprofessional all...

The food is good. The roast beef is good. Service is usually good. But a couple times they made a mistake. Once the pizza was way over cooked. Took it back and said we’ll make another one. No apology or anything. Another time made a mistake and didn’t apologize just remade my food. No apology for making me wait the extra time or for the mix up. I know we all make mistakes, we’re human but it’s only polite to say your sorry. The daughter never apologized and it came across rude to me. Don’t care to go back. It’s as if they don’t care if you go...

We have been going there for 20 years. They made a mistake and gave us the wrong sub tonight so I sent my son back. The manager wouldn’t give my son the right sub because he forgot the wrong one. They checked the receipt and aknowleged that they in fact made the wrong sub. Still no budging because he didn’t bring the other sub back. so I called to complain and lady said she was the manager and she was very rude. They have lost a family of long time customers and let’s face it food is mid it was just convenient. Summit pizza...
