I wanna start by saying I feel super bad I forgot the name of the man who served me but he can be identified as an extremely good looking middle aged man with the best attitude Ive ever seen at a restaurant let alone a sub shop. like indescribably good attitude. acting like hes making 100$ an hour or something. I decided to stop in today for the first time ever on the recommendation of a friend. this man made my experience amazing. I mean its almost unspeakable how good of an attitude this guy had. he was talking to everyone in the store with the biggest smile.welcoming ppl as they come and saying I mean honestly, it seemed like undercover boss and dude dint care if ppl knew he was the CEO. defiantly an 11/10 from me this dude needs a raise. the second he realized i was new he just started walking me through everything and just making me feel super comfortable. ive never experienced such good service, let alone at a sub shop like holy cow. regardless, if yall end up going while hes there u will know this review is about him. I believe his name started with a D like Demetrius or something. Once again I apologize I forgot your name if that isn't it bur bro, ur the bomb! god, just ineffable how good the service was. also the food was great. defiantly better than any of the other sub shops around and abt the same price point. dont be sleeping...
Read moreIt took a while for the person taking the food orders to get the order correct - she was not native to Wisconsin, obviously, so understandable and not a big deal. We ordered the "meal deal" - adding chips and a soda to each. When sandwiches were finished, we were given them and the cups for the soda machine. The soda machine only had (1) one diet offereing. Diet Pepsi. But it had a sticky note on it stating this was out. No other diet offerings. The person at the register relayed there were bottles of Diet Pepsi available. We would have had to pay for the bottles, even though the the fountain drink machine/dispenser was out of it. How do you run out of Diet Pepsi, shortly after opening, on a Saturday? And not have any in reserve? There should have been (2) two bottles of the Diet Pepsi given for in lieu of not having any in the machine. We paid for the additional chips and soda. At the very least...We should have been told, before we paid, that they were all out of the...
Read moreI just had the worst experience, and it was my first time here. Mainly due to an interaction with an employee working X-mas eve night. It was my first time going to Jersey Mikes. I just completed a 9 hour shift and work as a nurse a Urgent Care and will be working Christmas day, so I figured on my way home I would grab something quick. It was 20 minutes before close, and they were open so I walked in to a male employee who was glaring, their arms crossed, rolling their eyes at me, and when I asked if I could have a veggie sandwich he told me "no those aren't available right now", to which I replied "which ones are?" Instead of replying to me he just gestured at the board with his finger,( twice because I had to ask again what can I order?) and he rolled his eyes. Just a very snarky individual. I did not appreciate the attitude. But I kindly left with my lunch for tomorrow, and will absolutely never go back there again. I get working the holidays suck, but there's no need to be a...
