Starbucks — Restaurant in Middleton

Horrible! I asked for my drink a certain way I don’t want to be patronized and then given the drink the same way in a different cup and pretend like everything is okay. The kid was young (may 16-20 ish) with curly dark blond hair -it’s 11:30 on a Thursday morning, and I feel like this kid shouldn’t work at Starbucks. Every other Starbucks I go I spend 20$ or more and never have a problem. I always have my drink served in a Vente Cup because I get extra ice in my Frappuccino + 2 espresso shots, so that fills the cup halfway. My name on my Mobile Order is literally ‘VENTECUP’ so that there is never an error. There’s never been a problem until today. This kid asked if I wanted him to remake it, and I said yes. Except all he did was put it in the blender and put it back in the cup (with the espresso shots and whipped cream). It was the same exact drink and amount. The whole point was making sure there is extra ice, and I get all of it. It's not about spending the extra 50 cents on a Vente, Its about the ice, flavor, and the way I like my drink. It wouldn’t be the same. A Vente would be too watery. Starbucks you have tremendous coffee, and I love you, but I do not have to come back to this specific location. There are so many to choose from. On October 21st I went the drive-through to get my drink, and when it comes to my drink, I’m very specific about what I want and how I like it to be made. the gentleman on the drive through window who was taking my order was very short with me and abrupt that I even couldn’t finish what I was about to tell him. by the time I get to the window, I got my drink and it was terrible. The drink didn’t have enough ice. I simply asked him to shake it well and it was not shaken. The drink was absolutely disgusting. Middleton Starbucks on Andover Street my question for your staff is if I am paying for the drink why is it so difficult to make it right for your customers who are paying for their drinks?! Starbucks on Middleton mass is terrible and if I had my choice what star to give you I would have given you zero! Please do not play with customer drinks when they’re paying for it! I went to the Middleton Starbucks drive through this afternoon and ordered a Venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and asked for “light ice”. The reason I asked for light ice is because the pay few times I’ve ordered this drink it’s been filled to the brim with ice and within 4 sips a venti is gone. So I don’t even mind paying extra for “light ice”. I’d rather just not receive a cup of ice with a splash of espresso. I pull up to the window and they hand me this cup with 3/4ths of the cup empty. So the remaining portion of the drink is once again completely ice with barely any drink and they didn’t even bother to fill the rest with espresso so they just left the rest of the cup empty. This just did it for me. The drink is not cheap, it’s like $8 for a cup of ice and aid. Super peeved.
