Summit's Place — Restaurant in Middleton

Ordered takeout and when it arrived, the sandwich that I had ordered had mayo on it, which was an allergy that I noted when ordering. Despite confirming twice, they still added it onto the sandwich. I called and let them know and about 10 minutes later, a very friendly member of the owner’s family showed up at my door, apologizing profusely. He wanted to know himself what the issue was, so I explained it to him. He was very apologetic and said that’s why he personally came to deliver the corrected sandwich. He wants to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of. We have ordered quite a few times from this business, and it has always been good, but now I feel the need to spread the word because of how they handled the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, businesses are busy and things happen. The way that it was corrected...

Stopped by this pizza shop on my way home. I had 4 20s .. i bought a slice that was 2.50.. i shouldve got 17.50 . That was my fault for not checking the change. I then went over next door to walgreens, and bought a can coke that I gave exact change 2.25. I went straight home from their then went to the barber. when I went to go pay the barber because I shouldve had 3 20s, 1 10, 1 5. I was missing 10 I realized I was shorted $10 from the pizza place since it was the only place other than walgreens, when I stopped and pulled out money.

I called the pizza place and asked was their draw over $10 and was immediately told no. No questions were even asked about when I went or anything. She then spoke to someone who said, no again because how did you guys know if the draw wasn't even checked. Never again....

Absolutely phenomenal and a breath of fresh air in this neighborhood of all-too-similar options. My first order was a Junior Roast Beef and this place passed with flying colors! The meat was perfectly done and practically melted in my mouth.

I have also had their Wednesday special, which is half price pasta dish. It is rare to have a full pasta, meatballs & garlic bread dinner - plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day - for ONLY seven dollars! Are you kidding me? I can’t wait to try more of their offerings down the road. They also have a loyalty club where you can earn free food.

The service is outstanding, and the place is kept very clean. I was even impressed with the bathroom. I can’t say enough about this top-notch establishment.
