Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown Township

With a Dunkin on every corner it takes a SPECIAL person to make a customer loyal to a specific location. Satinder is solely responsible for my loyalty as well as the loyalty of my entire team of co-workers! Her smile, kindness, dedication, and genuine personality is a rarity these days. In fact, she will go over and above her call of duty as a Dunkin employee...a little boy traveling with his grandfather the other day really wanted a powder sugared doughnut without cream (which they were out of) the other day and Satinder took time out of her busy day to make sure she made two of them fresh for him. Those customers were from OUT OF STATE and she still did that just to make their days. Additionally, she REMEMBERS customers. Their likes, dislikes, asks them about their days....tell me who wouldn't want an employee like her? Thank you Satinder for always making our days and thank you to management for taking such careful consideration when hiring to make sure you have a team like this to take care of...

I love this Dunkin, I go there a lot with my friends sometimes in the morning before school. Recently this women named Alexa or Alex has been there and she isn't the kindest person, she's always cursing about customers in front of them, cursing at co-workers while in service, and called my friend stupid. The context behind it was she grabbed the wrong drink but, either way she would have had to remake it being the drink was made iced when he girl wanted it hot. this Duncan location is the slowest location I've ever been to I think.
