NEVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER.
Wayne D. (manager, fat male) added multiple services to my bill without consultation or my approval. I had no idea he was adding apple one, carrier protection, and I only discovered this after looking closely at the papers handed to me after the sale for my signature.
Strike 2 was when Wayne D. explicitly told me, with a printed form, to not show up at the store until he called. (this is against corporate advice, when your order is delivered they tell you to walk right in) And the way that Wayne deals with this is to call you every day at a minute before closing (7pm) forcing you into the next day.
I'm currently working with legal counsel to see if I have a case against this abhorrent, disgusting manager. I will continue calling corporate every single day until this is resolved to my satisfaction.

I was highly recommended by my wife and kids to use your store instead of big Hazlet Verizon store. You didn’t have my face protector in stock because my phone was too old??? An I phone 11. To me it’s still brand new I’m 71 years old I don’t keep up with the new models I’ts bad enough keeping up with my phone let alone two models newer. Are you suppose to make the customer feel like chopped liver because my phone is “OLD”??? We’ll, I ordered the face protector I needed and bought two charging cords but not because he asked if I needed anything else which he didn’t do, but because my wife needed one. I mean come on….I’m the only guy in the store, is it possible for your rep/tech to act at least happy he has a customer? Or are you lucky you even found a millennial that is willing to work! The first time I went to pick up a router, the employee told me it was their first day so they didn’t have access, so I had to come back. Today I went to replace my router (as directed by Verizon corporate) because my internet was not working and I needed to work from home. and I arrived there to find a sign on the door saying “we’ll be right back” with an expected return time of 45 mins later. So I had to leave and come back only to be told that the system is down and they can’t help me and don’t know when the system will be back up or whether any of the nearby stores would be facing the same outage. Unbelievably unprofessional and frustrating, the process ended up taking me hours. I will never return to this location.
