The Coop Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Middletown Township

This has long been one of my favorite food trucks, so I'm thrilled that they've opened a brick and mortar, and that it's less than 10 minutes from my house! Today I went with their classic fried Chicken BLT since it was one of the first sandwiches I had from them. I called ahead and my order was waiting for me when I arrived. I was told to be careful that the box wouldn't close because the sandwich was too big... If only all my problems were that wonderful lol As if the gigantic chicken sandwich I brought home wasn't reason enough to love this place, my hand cut fries put that sandwich over the top!! Absolutely wonderful! Side note, the sandwich was absolutely gigantic and I only got through half of it, so for $15 I got two meals!

Please remember to support local, and especially new businesses. This is a wonderful family who has been bringing their food truck to our area for years, just get out there and show them some love! ❤️❤️

Found the food truck online one night when I couldn't sleep. Decided to check out this shop for lunch yesterday. Delicious. The portions were generous.The food was outstanding. Both staff were so warm and welcoming and accommodating even for my little lunch. Heather was on a mission in the back as was Fred. They were both very friendly. But I could see they had some time constraints going on. I get it. Many years ago, my dad had a sandwich shop. I couldn't recommend them enough. Wow! Your sandwiches are amazing. We’ve ordered from work a few times and everyone raves about it! I got the shrimp Po Boy, and it was so good! And it came with fries, which I did not expect. The shrimp were huge, battered and fried perfectly, dressed with the slaw, tomatoes & the sauce…so yummy! I loved the fries. I could only eat 1/2 of my lunch, the portions are large.
