Buy Sell Trade Repeat — Local services in Middletown Township

I've had several good transactions with the owner of buy sell trade repeat. Until the owners true character was shown. At a time I was in the same business, buying and selling tools and understand how a helping set of hands can be greatly appreciated. I stopped in to sell some tools and at that moment the owner had been contacted regarding some local tools for sale so I generously offered a helping hand which was accepted without hesitation. I followed in my truck where he purchased a large lot of tools which I promptly began loading into his truck and my own. With intent to pickup the rest at a later date. We arrive back at his store and unloaded everything than went through the items I intended to sell him. An item that carries quite a bit of sentimental value to me was shown to him very briefly with little to no interest than returned to the bin it was sitting in. It was getting late and banks would soon be closing so negotiations were rushed and a price was established and agreed to be paid half that day than the other half the following day and everything was very quickly unloaded so we could make it to the bank in time. In all the commotion this very important item was overlooked and forgotten about. (The selling price would have to had been warranted for me to sell this item. Which it was not and was forgotten about due to the time constraint) payment was made in full as negotiated than 2 days later as I'm looking everywhere for this sentimental item from my late grandfather I remembered it was in the one bin that was unloaded at his store. Contact was made in order to explain the mistake that was made and the importance of this item was to me. Not for monetary value but for sentimental value. I was absolutely shocked when I was basically told that's not his problem and took zero consideration into me helping him for several hours that day utilizing my time and fuel to help him out or that the item has little to no actual value other than sentimental. The owner has zero integrity...

Great place. Very knowledgeable about the merchandise they offer and good prices. The store has a great selection of items at fair prices. While I was shopping I was able to observe a few other transactions and was impressed with the professional interaction shown both buying an selling. I will definitely be frequenting this establishment again...
