Arby's — Restaurant in Middletown

So I am a every week customer of this location Arby's. About 3 weeks ago, I visited and ordered some food. Everything seem to be fine meaning good clean professional employees, clean and good management, fresh food and etc. Well I visited on 4-19-19 wanting to purchase dinner for my son and I ( was about 7:15 pm). I walked right out without any food after my stomach said no way not tonight. Staff was very young looked very unclean and the manager lady was on her phone in the back and her face looked very inhuman, almost looked like she has been picking her face off or something. Idk. But let's just say that something within 3 weeks has changed. I hope this location doesn't turn out like the Steak N Shake in Middletown. Smh! I won't be back here for dinner every other week, until this issue get fixed but you need to drug test that...

The food is always good. After all; they do have the meats! The service and atmosphere were less than I expected, though. There was only one young gal at the registers. Her first day. I sympathized with her as she repeatedly apologized to the customers ahead of me for not yet knowing the register. Yet, I couldn’t help but notice the large group of idle employees in the back that might have spared someone to train her. They were rather loud and vulgar in their conversation, so I ordered to go. My order was wrong, but I had already waited so long already and I didn’t feel confident that the situation would improve by addressing it. This is one of my favorite restaurants, so I will definitely give this location another shot. Fingers...

Stopped in around 3pm with my 15yr old son. Young lady at the counter was very nice taking our order, 2 half lb. meals with curly fries, large of course cause Arby's has the best fries. Cook brought it to the register with a smile. Sandwich and fries where hot and fresh. Most of the tables were clean in the dining area. When leaving the same young lady told us to have a nice day. 😀 Usually don't get that anymore at fast food places.

Update: Stopped in 7 months later at the drive thru for lunch. Order was taken quickly. Food was hot. Young Man asked how I was doing, completed the transaction, and said "have a great day sir" Where does Arby's find the respectful employees that nobody else can? Didn't take a pic of the food, I...
